Absolutely great great service. I called on my break at work to see when I could get in and the very helpful lady on the phone set me an appointment for the same day directly after I got off work. And even though I was a few minutes late they still got me in and very quickly I must add. I was very impressed on how quickly the mechanic had me finished completely and my car pulled back around in the parking spot I pulled in to. All the people there are very very nice and helpful and I will continue to do any of my car needs and business at the company and will recommend it to anyone else who needs work done as well. Im one very happy and pleased customer with my 1st time experience here.

Great quality service for a good price

Within the past 10 years, I have written less than 5 reviews of businesses, so when I do, you may feel free to take it as 100% genuine! This week my 22yo daughter was stranded on the side of I-65 near Franklin. We live 3 states away and dont know the area at all. I relied on an internet search to find Simpson County Tire. I dont know them from Adam, so it was by the grace of God that we were placed in their hands. They went over and above in looking out for my daughter. They sent someone to pick her up before the tow truck could even arrive so she was safe. It was late in the day, meaning her vehicle couldnt be properly assessed and fixed until the following day. They helped her arrange a safe place to stay overnight and then made sure she got there safely. The next morning, they immediately worked on her vehicle and got her back on the road before noon. They only charged us for what they had to and the cost was totally reasonable. I dont know a better way to tell them thank you than to write this review so others may feel confident in calling on them in a time of need! Thank you and God speed.

I had a leak in my tire. They were busy but were very helpful. It was a slow leak. They scheduled a time, got me in and out. I am thankful.

Tire service is great. Mechanic work sucks. Some mechanic at Simpson County tire disconnected the rear fuel pump and hot wired the front fuel pump on a truck that I had recently bought, it was a big joke there at the tire shop about the dumb ass from Florida didnt know anything about a truck, that he should be riding a bicycle around.

The crew is always friendly to us, and didnt take them long to know our names. They try to find the best, but inexpensive solution.

Great people to work with. Its nice to find an honest mechanic.
