Like a second home, the owners are so kind to their customers and very helpful. I love k and j ❤️.

I’ve been going here for years but periodically, and I’ve noticed if you are not a regular weekly customer you are treated poorly. The female owner is snappy, rude, and talks on phone when she’s assisting her customers. She doesn’t make you feel welcome at all, and she never stocks her store with items that are common and that most beauty supply stores have. Main thing she needs to have a better attitude towards her customers.

The owners/employees are rude and disrespectful! I had several items that I needed, but when I noticed that the lady was following me around the store and watching me, I returned all the items back to the shelf and left! The products in your store are marketed mostly toward the African American community. If not for your customers, you wouldnt even be in business. Learn some customer service skills. I made a choice to come in your store to PURCHASE items, not to steal! Amazon it is!

Seems to have a good selection but some products are very low quality. The man behind the counter was watching some sort of soap opera in Korean on his tablet or iPad (loudly!) and looked perturbed when he had to move so I could bring my things to the register. Not very welcoming to the customers. The lady seemed nice though.

I have been there a few but the last time I was there was the worse. The lady behind the counter was rude and acted like I was a bother. She was chatting on the phone and it sounded like a personal call. When she finally stopped and looked at me, her tone was quiite dismissive and she did not attempt to help me at all. She then returned to her phone conversation.

Lots of hair, but not the best quality and lots of great hair care products. Only stop there when I cant go to Nashville.

Anytime I️ go to this store it’s just to get something simple . I️ found out quick how much they are overcharging for hair. They always watch you like a hawk and try to recommend the highest stuff .

As soon as I came into the store she wouldnt walk more than 5 feet away from me which made me feel very uncomfortable. When I told her I was just looking she hovered even closer. The oddest part, you arent aloud to look at the tags (where the prices are listed) without the woman taking the tag away from you and telling you no. After this uncomfortable interaction, SHE RAISED THE PRICE FROM $55 to $65?? This is a business, dont treat me like a thief by following me around and then not let me look at the tag of a product I am interested in, and then raise the proce. I wont return. I wont recommend for a friend. Prices are attrocious as well, they want you to pay $65 for a Motown Tress brand of wig I have literally bought for $20 in stores from my city (as I am currently traveling). If you look up that brand online almost every wig is $20. DONT GO.

All employees are very helpful, and the store has a wide variety of products for all kinds of hair. I shop here often.

I went in to the store to purchase hair. The ladies were rude and just wanted to make a 200.00 sell without helping me find the right color. Rude and greedy!!

If I could give 0 stars I would I come in this establishment very often I have never worn a wig so I was just in here an hour ago taking pics to sent to my stylist so I could buy the right one the owner told me I was taking too many pics there weren’t any signs nor was it written anywhere or I wouldn’t have taken the pics this man addressed me and as I was talking to him he walked away so I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money in such an ungrateful rude people
