Loved the ice cream, just wished they would had added more nutella and one more strawberry.

Not ready for prime time. While we were there they had workers doing construction and electrical work. Ladders and equipment was out and apparently they needed to keep turning the lights out and did so in between customers. Someone must have been working with some kind of materials or was working on the sewer system because it literally made me ill and stopped me cold in my tracks from ordering due to the smells. My wife and child had already ordered but we immediately left due to the smell. Looks like a good concept it just should not have opened before they were ready. This will scare off more customers.

It was fun to watch the rolled ice cream being made (Ive never witnessed it in person before)! We had strawberry oreo and strawberry cheesecake. They were both delicious.There were not many places to sit and not much decor. It seemed like more of a take and go place than a chill out and eat place. Considering ice cream melts, it might be good to add more seating and touches to make the shop a bit more welcoming, just a suggestion.

Have come here a few times and tried different treats every time all delicious!! My favorite is a hand spun chocolate shake from Ahmod! I swear every time we come he is working and is just very friendly, accommodating, and makes delicious shakes! Would recommend to anyone!

I came in with my wife and the girl was very sweet and had good service but the amount of ice cream she was told to give next time was barley enough to fill the cup.Even through the ice cream was good It definitely is not worth $3 for a scoop of ice cream. I felt bad for the girl because the older guy working with her had told her to scoop less ice cream, definitely don’t want to hear that as a customer.

Awesome concept. Great service and great ice cream. I was surprised how inexpensive my bill was for my three kids desserts. We will be back again and I will be getting the taco!

Cute little ice cream shop tucked into a strip mall. Good service and very cleanly. They have something for everyone!

Very nice ice cream parlor. Smaller selection of sundaes, but very good. Peanut butter cup sundae made wee with vanilla was very good. They have rolled ice cream. Thats for the next visit.

Absolutely loved it! They offer a wide selection of ice cream which include rolled ice cream, hard ice cream, and frozen custard. The frozen custard they have is phenomenal. The customer services is customer service is excellent. Definitely reccomend people to check it out, you will not be disappointed.

The ice cream is yummy. There isnt much to say about it. Its clean, the prices are decent, the staff was friendly. It could use a few more seats if they get very busy but we were ok.

Went with my fiancé and I just got an ice cream because I wanted strawberry. Their were two people working a woman who served me and a man. Got my single scoop ice cream the woman was busy and we stood in line for 4 min while the man was doing nothing and the woman asked him if he could take our payment. Came to 3$ and some cents for 1 lousy non tasting good scoop. I wouldn’t go here ever again and the come was empty that they gave me. cones should be filled but it was the smallest scoop and I could have went to Oscars and not been disappointed or got a 4$ tube of strawberry ice cream that was 10 times better...so disappointed.

On 3/12/19, Drove 15 minutes to try this ice cream shop. On Google, their timing is wrong and it says it is open. Upon arrival, we found it closed and being renovated. Maybe they should post it on Google etc for people so they wouldnt waste time to go there, and find them painting inside.

Took my niece for her birthday. She loved the rolled ice cream. They roll it right in front of you. Mmmmm

The ice cream itself was good. The hot fudge was very ordinary basic stuff. The server we had Friday evening was questionable. She shuffeled her feet across the floor instead of walking. This drove me nuts. In addition to that her fake nails were so long I was afraid one would end up in my ice cream. She did not wear gloves when preparing my sundae (not that she could them on over her nails).

They have themselves listed as 24/7. They’re not. Closed from November till March. How about you have that listed. Be an honest business. Frick this place!

The rolled ice cream is awesome to watch make and tastes equally great. Well be back! (But we wont get as much because man you get a lot with the rolled stuff!!)

The service was absolutely horrible. We were greeted with Im not actually on then we ordered 4 things and they forgot the 4th item. The employees seem to hate their jobs and people.

They gave the biggest two scoops Ive ever had for a cheap price.

Visited twice and had good service both times. We are big fans of Chocolate Shopp brand Ice Cream. Try the This %$# Just Got Serious or the Exhausted Parent.Made in Madison and hard to find in Milwaukee.Thank You for bringing it in town.

Asked for a chocolate malt and when paying we verified that it was a malt, but as I was drinking it, the girl who had made it said, I forgot the malt, didnt I. We also had to wait for the man behind the counter to finish his cone to assist. Not impressed on our first and probably only visit.

Worst customer service ever! Better to go to cold stone or dairy queen, or Oscars next door. First and last time going here.

Terrible customer service. Two young girls working, both did not seem to enjoy being there or helping me. I had to interrupt their conversation in order to place my order. After I ordered they looked at each other and made a snarky comment with a rude face towards each other.I was afraid that her long nails would puncture her glove as she tried to make rolled ice cream. Overall will not go back.

Very unfriendly staff. I asked what a waffle taco was because I wasn’t familiar and she barked back “we’re out of those!”. Never going back.. bad first impression.

The ice cream was ok, service slow, location: next to drug paraphernalia shop. The female worker had a male friend hanging around cussing and talking about scoring drugs. Not really what I was looking for.

A little expensive and it takes a couple minutes to make, but the ice cream was good.
