My initial visit went well and the phone I bought is nice. The young lady also sold me a screen saver and she applied it to the phone while I was there. I later realized that this screen cover is a hard stiff plastic. Texting with this cover onion not possible. The screen does not respond because the screen saver is too thick. I tried to return the item but was treated in a rude condescending manner. He was not willing to even discuss the problem. His response was what amI supposed to do with it?

This is the worst metro store I have ever been to! Horrible customer service. They have a guy that’s working and has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. He had to call the “owner” numerous times to get help with activating a phone. Then he charges an activation fee before seeing if the phone worked! And tried to charge my husband an extra $25 for a new SIM card when nothing was wrong with the current one! He couldn’t get the phone activated after an hour and I ended up having to call corporate to do the activation by myself. Even corporate said never go to that store and always call them to get anything activated. Corporate also said your SIM card can last forever and there was no need to get a new SIM card! This store is full of a bunch of fraudulent people! After telling him he needed to refund the activation fee since he DIDNT activate the phone, he said they were closed and we needed to leave the store and because he was unable to open the drawer since they were closed! After threatening to call the police he magically opened the drawer to give my husband the refund! The BBB will be called first thing tomorrow morning!BTW the only good reviews for this store are when they had a different owner!
