I bought my first Shotgun here about 2 years ago. I liked it so much that I brought my brother over for his own shotgun. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff here, and they have a really great supply of electronics, power tools, and guns/ammo. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

Just purchased a pair of vintage Bose 901 speakers. 45 year old speakers, I was a bit skeptical but I’ve been looking for quite some time for these. The price was unbeatable so I anticipated some issues, I got em home cleaned and oiled the cabinets, ran a vacuum Over the grills and fired em up. They sound great! Drivers and surrounds in good condition. Trustworthy folks at Jackpot. Thanks!

Not really friendly for a pawn shop. They need a better location too. Parking lot is very hard to get in and out of & it has alot of holes.

Very friendly and professional. I was looking for a piano keyboard and found this pawnshop on Letgo, and they were willing to negotiate with the price. The piano did not come with a power cord and a stand, just the keyboard itself. They immediately offered their help finding me a power cord with good price, then went in the storage and gave me a piano stand for free! Seriously the best pawnshop in Michigan! Highly recommended!

Waisted my gas and time going there when i was only replying to an offer they made to purchase my phone and watch. Tried to seriously low-ball me when my demanding price is/was VERY CLEAR and blamed me for wasting my time. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Be very careful🤬

I sold an Ibanez guitar to them earlier today and the customer service was excellent. They not only gave me information pertaining to my guitar and what they would be willing to spend on it, but they were also very friendly in how they did business. I had a nice 10 minute conversation about different types of guitars with one of the guys (who is very knowledgeable about his instruments) while the other gentleman handled the transaction. All in all I was very satisfied with my visit and I would be happy to do business with them in the future and I would recommend the same to anyone else needing to buy/sell to a pawn shop.

Went in looking for some tools. But before I could make a selection. A customer came in concerning a snow blower that he had purchased. The owner and another employee begin to badger the man. The owner said they he would review the camera footage for the man if the customer paid him 50 dollars. The man have him 50 dollars and the owner continued to argue with the man.While the gentleman was upset he want looking for anything free. Seems he just wanted to be helped. I will not spend any time or money in this place. Its painfully obvious that customer service is not important to this owner. Sad this was my first time here.

The guys at the window (god forbid he’s the owner) terribly rude. And looks at you with disgust as if he’s better than you or something. Anything you try to pawn or “sell” and they don’t take it, he won’t say it in an apologetic way more of an “uhhhh no we don’t take that”

Dont know who the man was that I talked to on the phone but all I can say is he was very rude to me on the phone. If I ever need a pawn shop it will definitely not be this one.

No self-respecting person would ever walk into a pawn shop ever. They low ball you so much that it’s not even worth your time. On top of that, they have such nasty attitudes and the people that walk in there are just as classless. Avoid at all cost!
