Was the first one in line service was fast in and out my kind of place as I hate waiting.

A piece of advice:The people who work here are not mechanics. If they offer a service other than an oil change, or perhaps changing an air-filter, they are trying to scam you with a service you probably do not need and it will be overpriced. I had an service representative try to convince me I needed a battery replaced--little did he know that it was replaced less than 4 months ago. I took it back to my mechanic (a family friend) and we checked the voltage in the battery: completely fine. The integrity of this service is absent. Avoid.

Ryan and his techs did an awesome job fixing my brother’s car up. We came in towards end of shift with 2 bad tires that needed changed ASAP. They hopped on it- knocked it out thoroughly and quickly. They explained long term what needed to be done for preventative mx..and helped us figure out where to go for the more extensive work.Good guys…solid shop.

Will the guys lied to my face, gave me the run around and very unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Your better off going to your local car mechanical.

The team at Jiffy Lube on Rte 40 in Frederick go above and beyond for their clients. Specifically, Rich Lewis runs the shop like a Swiss watch and is a true professional. Great place for car maintenance you can depend on.

Had an oil change and sat outside at a picnic table as it was nice weather. Staff is always pleasant and efficient. There were a couple people sitting inside and masks are optional now. I miss that they dont vacuum the car anymore.

This is the nicest Jiffy Lube around. I’m sitting outside right now, while they’re doing my oil change. I meant to review the last time 😅I’ve been in Virginia (all over) and North Caroline as well, and this is the only one that’s ever impressed me. They’re super fast compared to the ones in VA. And they’re super competent. The first time I was here, I was having a bad day and I was a little snappy and the guy was really courteous to me anyway.I’ve been three times so far to this one and no matter who has helped me, it’s been a great experience. I’m sure it’s stressful interacting with people so much for work during this whole Covid situation but these guys really seem to be positive anyway about things. And they do quick work, and a good job, to boot.My recommendation is to stop at this specific location, even if, like me, you haven’t had a great experience at other Jiffy Lube’s in the past - this team is different 👍

Damian is awesome! He is extremely polite, courteous, and eager to help. Ive worked in customer service for many years so feel I can truly spot when someone is being genuine and takes pride in doing a good job. He should be commended for his hard work. I will definitely come back again.Also, in response to another post on here, all employees were wearing masks when I visited so I felt very safe.

Went for oil change only and they broke my emergency brake then made me pay to have it fixed.

They told my fiancé that both her brake pads needed to be changed in the rear. So she payed too have them both replaced. Come to find out, they only replaced one side and left the old ones on another side. Not only are they taking advantage of people and lying but they are putting peoples safety at risk. Never go here unless you want to be lied to. It amazes me how they are still in business after lying and not performing the things they say they are.

Had a busted headlight or at least I thought I did.A day later I had to go and get it checked out all places for closed.so I swung by here and Brian took a look at it and it turned out one of the wires was just kinked. I guess it happened when I had a previous work done on my car.He was professional and thorough.I would very much recommend this place they get customers through the door as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Tyler took excellent care of me. Gave me honesty and did not pressure me into buying anything I wasnt ready to do. He was excellent and his teammates were all working hard to get me in and out. I found my new spot!

Great if you need an oil change last minute but you definitely pay for the convenience. Employees were nice but prices were high!

With COVID and the holidays right around the corner life has been so hard for everyone...Tyler and Ryan were my little bright light that there is still Hope! I was having such a bad day after waiting at Walmart for 3 hours for them to say they “were not skilled enough to change my brake light)..I called and spoke to Tyler and told him that I was in need of a brake like change and changing my brakes if possible. They told me to come in and they would help even though it was 10 minutes till closing and they were so kind!! The whole team stayed after to fix my brakes. Ryan was able to get me the best possible deal and Tyler made sure everything was ready when I got there! Life is hard but this place treats you like a human, like a friend and with such love! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the whole team!! I will ONLY come here for all my needs as they are a privately owned and full service; one of a kind; where kindness is there way of business and friendliness is there motto ❤️

I had a flat tire. The guy came out and looked at it, searched for the puncture, and told me the puncture in the place where they would not fix per corporate policy. They could not fix, nor replace the tire. Not their fault. At least I knew what I was in to in regard of repairs. Thank you! They showed good customer service, not like the other place up the road.

Ive been coming here for the past 2 years with no issues with oil changes. However, I went in asking them to change my front turning signal, since the light went out. Went home afterwards, with it still broken. Had to go to the dealership for some new keys a few days later and so I asked them to look at it. They had completely mangled the wires in the compartment, to the point that I have to get the whole thing replaced!! Now Im out $550!!

Their team overall isnt concerned about the overall health of your vehicle. In my minivan they put 7.5 qts when 6qts is max safe. On the paperwork only said it was one half over...BS...DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A COMP. Tried to tell me it wasnt bad for the motorI havent been dealing with motor mechanisms since yesterday and I bet they thought because Im in a wheelchair they could, NOT GONNA HAPPEN JIFFY!BTW, been 5 days, still waiting for Bob the regions manager to call me back tooPictures proves it ...call me tag is below

Never been to a Jiffy Lube but needed a oil change. My family recommended me to this location. I can say from the moment I pulled into the parking lot till the end of paying I received a great professional customer service. The staff were very friendly. Only took maybe 30 minutes to do my oil change and tire rotation as well as filter change. Quick in and out. High recommend.

They where so wonderful here. So nice considering how busy they were. It was a very pleasant experience. I haven’t had such wonderful service in a long time. Thank you!

Went there yesterday because the Lube Center is closed. Service was fine, but the guy who took my payment told me I need front brakes. I asked him what the measurement in the pads was and he asked the other guy. That guy hesitated and then replied 1-2mm. I told him I’ll pass in it as I just had the tears replaced a month ago at Mr Tire where I know and trust them. Took it to Mr Tire this morning and they said they are at 5-6 on the front and fine

I have to say, I was extremely happy with the service I received today at Jiffy Lube on the Golden Mile! After my experience the time before last, I swore I wouldnt step foot in that place. Not only were some of the employees rude, especially the owner, they also did a terrible job with my vehicle. Well today, it was like a completely different place! The employees were amazing, extremely friendly and very helpful! It was a pleasure going there today, and I will continue going there for my service! Thank you so much Jiffy Lube!🙂

Always really good work. And D is very personable. However, we repeatedly asked them to call us when the service is done and never get called. After waiting what seems like more than long enough, we call and we always get oh, its been done for a while ...not happy about that part.

Very fast oil change, plus excellent customer service. I also requested they change a light for me, but they informed me that it would keep going out because of a crack in the casing so it wasnt worth changing. I really appreciate them saving me the money on changing a bulb that wouldnt last!

They are very polite and work with you and your vehicle. Very professional and keep you informed with all the maintenance that may be required for the mileage your vehicle has. Along with show you the condition of your air filter and if may need be replaced.

Damien answered phone, great customer service. Answered my question honestly and quickly. Very friendly. Kudos to Damien. VERY fast pace. If you dont like that: this is not place for you. Is a small waiting room with bathroom coffee TV magazines wifi. Not a warm fuzzy place but adequate. Have done the wait with 3 young kids and was alright (poopy diaper and all)thx to wifi. Service was fast, Im not a car person so i cant comment on quality of my 5000 mile service.

The people here are always so helpful! They do a great service for my oil change every time! They even take the time to answer any questions I might have about maintenance. I just went a few days ago for an oil change and they found that my radiator fluid was very low. They graciously explained to me that it needed to be changed and were very quick in doing so! I have been to other JiffyLube locations and this one is by far the best! They really know their stuff and always take the time to vacuum my carpets which is such a nice touch!

I left this place about 15 minutes after just showing up! That’s huge! It was so easy! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, super speedy and decent price. I also didn’t know they vacuum your car along with the oil change?! Highly recommend these guys and will certainly be back :)

Had a problem with my rear brakes on a 1992 Honda Accord. The mechanics there quickly identified the issue showed me and suggested the best option to fix my car. I had no appointment and it was a very busy Saturday. They fixed my vehicle and got me back on the road. The staff was kind and facility clean. They did a great job.

I have been a customer for a while, but this time I had a bad experience. The mechanics finished my oil change quickly, but then checkout took a very long time while the staff member had an extremely long personal conversation with another customer.

Fastest oil change ever! I normally wait hours at the dealership to get my oil changed and have to make a day of it, but now I know I can just go to Jiffy Lube and save a lot of time. I saved so much time that I have time to leave a review, which I almost never do. The employees were all very nice and good with customer service also. So far my experience with Jiffy Lube has been very positive.

Jiffy Lube is my place to go. I am always there and out in about a half hour and even at busy times they have time for me to give me a greeting and take care of my car. One year (2016) my dealer gave me a free oil change but they waned to keep it over night and the rental car (that they paid that time0 was out of my price range. Thanks, but not again. When I had an older Mazda they took the same care as they do with a new car and replaced bulbs and did other service as I needed it. Just GREAT service.

I was greeted as I pulled up to the bay in a very friendly manner.Reviewed the options available without pressure.I did get the high mileage option.The service was competed within 10 minutes.All items were checked off on the service.I was Thanked for the patronage.Overall an excellent experience.

I visited Jiffy Lube for an oil change. They provided fast and friendly service. They took only ~20 minutes to do the oil change, vacuum the inside, and also diagnose an engine air filter issue. I will definitely be coming here for future oil changes.

Quick oil change -- did not have to wait long on a Saturday afternoon. Decent waiting area. They didnt try to sell me a million other things, which is a definite plus.

I come here about once a month for an oil change and they have been more than efficient in my experiences. If you get there early or at a good time without many people in line, you’ll be out within 20 minutes. If they’re busy then you’ll stay about an hour, but that is still much quicker than Walmart. I had them replace my brakes and rotors and the entirety of the stay was maybe an hour (and yes, they really needed changed). Friendly staff and professional.

The employees provided excellent customer service. The wait wasnt long and since it was raining, they allowed me to enter my car from the garage so I wouldnt get wet. That was the highlight of my day and will continue to go to this jiffy lube to get my oil changes.

This place is friendly and speedy. They take your car into the shop and you can wait in their air conditioned lobby with wifi! The staff is good about doing their job and getting you out as soon as possible.

Easy in and out service, this is the only place I go for oil changes. No waiting or have to come back for car later. Good value

Yesterday afternoon I had a low tire pressure! light come on en route to work in Rockville. I saw Jiffy Lube, pulled in and was immediately assisted. I pulled into the bay and 4 employees had all four tires aired up and a stem valve cover put on in under 2 minutes! Charge...ZERO. My SUV drove better and I felt safe.THANKS GUYS!! Love this place!

Its not the mistakes we make, its how we respond to them that shows our character.Ive been going to Jiffy Lube for years for my cars. In these many years theres not been a mistake. Additionally the staff has been professional, polite and courteous.Recently, I went and the seal on the new oil filter broke. In other words, I left Jiffy Lube thinking my normal oil change was complete and successful. A little while later as in was driving, my oil pressure light came on. I immediately pulled into a nearby lot and checked my oil. The dipstick showed no oil. Looking under the car I saw a puddle of oil and still dripping out.I called Jiffy Lube. They quickly sent someone to me with a new filter, oil and more. They determined it was a broken seal and took responsibility. Soon they had it fixed. We went back to Jiffy Lube so they could finish/check on everything. A few minutes later we were refunded the price if the change, apologized to again and on our way.The staff handled this as perfectly as I could have hoped. A special thanks to (forgive spelling) Carlos, Damian and Daryl . We will be back. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on West Patrick and have told my friends what great customer service they have.

Love the crew. Frederick MD jiffy lube is great. They are willing to work with you. Efficient and trustworthy staff. Been going there for years since my car warranty ended. The one in Germantown MD of Westeria Drive is trash, dont go there if you can help it and the staff are not reliable or trustworthy. Went there once and will never go there again.

This was my first time at Jiffy Lube.I think you did a fine job, but I wished someone would have told me which services were going to be done, and how much the parts were going to cost. The filters were good but overpriced in my opinion.Dave.

Jiffy Lube gets in and out in a timely fashion. They also inspect your and let’s you know what you need or will need soon without trying to tap into your wallet. They are awesome.

The staff was friendly and the oil change service was timely.

I was in and out in 15 min max for an oil change. I took a book prepared to read and didnt open it. I made a cup of coffee and had to take it with me. Good timing! They were very pleasant as well and I had a $10.00 coupon!

I was greeted right away by Andrew. I like that he introduced himself to me. They showed me the air filter and it was so dirty. They were very honest and upfront. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

I like this place very quick the only thing I will say is mechanic a little reticent to pull my truck into a bay. Once I said thats ok you can move it he was good.

Hey these guys were fast and courteous and did a great job. If you ever have any questions about using them don’t worry they’re worth it.

The guys were very respectful and made an effort to warn me in advance that my particular oil change required a rather expensive synthetic oil. They made sure that they had that oil plus my special oil filter before they actually took my car into the shop and opened the hood. The service itself went quickly and efficiently. I accidentally left my debit card sitting on the counter and somebody ran out to give it back to me. Thanks guys. See you next time.

Had the worst experienced regarding the air filter, I took to this location to change the air filter, after four months just realized that I was running without it!!! Why is the air filter gone? something needs to be done!!! You’re losing you valuable customer, I hope this would never happen to anyone again!!!
