I was kinda offended when I told the lady on the phone my price range but I did appreciate that she lectured me about what’s fake neon signs and what’s not but what I didn’t appreciate and didn’t like AT ALL is when she was telling me I was better off getting fake ones from online and she belittle the “Chinese “ people that make neon signs. Ignorance as it’s finest not all Chinese people do neons signs. I d not mind going way past my budget until I heard her say that.

I am opening a new dance studio in Bethesda. I drove out to Fredrick to discuss a neon sign project with Affordable Signs. They had trouble getting back to me as the design process unfolded. I was told the person in charge of my account had health problems. A design was finalized but I was never sent the paperwork because the right glass color wasnt in stock. I asked to be kept informed as to their ordering progress. Nothing. 3 weeks later I called to ask where the paperwork was as I had not heard from them. I was told the man in charge of my account had just had a baby over the weekend and no one knew where my project stood. The woman I spoke to could not give me any time table as to my paperwork, and essentially told me I would be better off looking elsewhere for a sign. After 6 weeks I am back to ground zero. So much wasted time!
