Airport View Signs really came through for my breast cancer nonprofit, For 3 Sisters. After nearly 7 months of either a barely functioning or non-functioning sign, I contacted Airport View Signs for help. They were helpful, professional and courteous over the phone, they were responsive by email, and they arrived to service my 2nd floor light box sign on schedule and on time. Despite being fairly certain of the problem, they inspected the light box and its parts inside and out (not just the suspected area of trouble) to ensure everything was working appropriately. Their technicians were knowledgable, friendly, and professional. Their equipment appeared well kept and they took safety very seriously, harnesses and all. I suppose the most important thing though is that in 7 months, I finally have a sign that completely works and shines bright like a beacon in the dark - all thanks to AVS!
