The salesperson are very nice my husband and I purchased a very nice bed but here is the issue our sales person asked us about a frame we said we had one but our bed was old nothing was said to us about getting a new frame. So I called customer service and got the run around telling me they would forward my issue to the district manager but have not heard anything . So I just went out and brought a new frame the salespeople.need to explain more about buying a bed we havent gotten a new bed in 30 years so lets say I love my bed just explain the frame to other customers.

You are flooded with ads promoting sales for this company, both through commercials and all the signs when you are pulling in. However, when you go in to buy a mattress and ask how much it is they will quote and charge you full price. I happened to figure out I was overcharged when I got home and after calling they agreed to lower the price to the sales price. I was told prices on the internet change so much we dont track them. So, basically, unless you are looking out for yourself you will be overcharged. We all know with computer systems the sales price should automatically pop up, like it does at almost every store, but they are using a business model that takes advantage of less informed customers. Have been a loyal customer for years, and wonder how much I have been overcharged in the past. Will take my business elsewhere in future. Gave a 2, instead of a 1, because the mattress quality is okay.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Ryan and Amit are those two professionals that answered all my questions in details and helped to make the right choice. At the same time, I did not feel any pressure on me to close the deal immediately. I visited 4 other mattresses stores in the area in order to find better prices than they suggested but only wasted my time. As a result, I returned, purchased 3 premium mattresses for our new house and feel myself like a lucky duck now.

This review is a little overdue. I thought I posted my review previously, but I must have posted it on another application. It’s important folks know how grateful I am to have met Ryan and work with him. I was in need of a new mattress and bed frame. My QOL was not great because of the inconsistent and lack of sleep, tossing and turning, etc. Anyway, I told Ryan what I was interested in and why. He helped guide me through a series of more questions to help find me the best mattress that would work with how I sleep. Ryan was very knowledgeable in all the products we discussed. He was professional and very friendly. I’m trying to keep this short and sweet. Bottom line, if you need a mattress, just go in and ask to speak with Ryan. He can assist to guide you through the process so it’s not as overwhelming as it may initially appear. Great customer service, great delivery, great mattress, great deal!

Went to Mattress Warehouse 3 weeks ago to test drive some mattresses. The experience from when we walked in the door to when we walked out was phenomenal. Nate was incredibly helpful and not pushy. We did the diagnostic test and he walked us around to each mattress that met our needs. He explained the pros and cons of each one we looked at and we ultimately purchased a mattress and the adjustable frame. Delivery in three days and we have been sleeping wonderfully for the past two weeks.Seriously, if you do not want to be bullied in to a purchase and want some one knowledgeable, I HIGHLY recommend Nate.

Terrible,terrible, terrible. Salesman, delivery crew and corporate customer service are all terrible. I purchased a bed and adjustable box spring 2 months ago and Im still waiting on a refund. The adjustable didnt fit our bed frame (which was guaranteed to fit by the salesman) and I let the store know immediately when I came home(the same day). The delivery crew never fully assembled the product. So after countless phone calls to the corporate office (because the salesman at the Grove rd store werent willing to try and rectify the situation) I finally reached a district manager and he came out to my house and pretty much made the situation worse. It took me another week to finally reach another district manager named Dan who agreed to refund me for the purchase (and said it would be about a week) and that was 2-3 weeks ago. Ive been calling him for a week and a half with no returned call. Spoke to another person today and was told theyre gonna try to expedite the refund. The purchase date was August 14, 2020 for $2,700. Not once has anyone from this company reached out to update me on anything. Save your time and money.

When you are shopping for a new mattress you are trying to relieve pressure and get a better night sleep. After a few visits to competitors I was relieved to meet Ryan Miller at the Grove Road location. He really took the pressure out of the buying process. Infact I think he spend almost 2 hrs with me making sure my needs. With over 100 beds to try out and the bed match system he didnt rush. Great sales experience. Than comes test number 2, the delivery. Let me just say they were within 15minutes of their target window. They assembled the base and the mattress in less than 20minutes . Not sure how they did it. I went to Mattress Warehouse after going to a few other places not having any idea of what I wanted. I was pleasantly taken care of by Amit who helped me with his knowledgeable but friendly approach. When another customer he had an appointment with showed up the manager stepped in and was just as pleasant. Amit was able to get me the perfect mattress for me and the Mrs at a price within my budget. I recommend him and this particular establishment for all of your mattress needs.

Its been almost 3 months (Aug 14 to be exact) that we purchased a mattress and adjustable frame that never was properly installed and doesnt fit our bed frame. I called immediately upon getting home to this disaster the day it was delivered and partially installed. After countless calls to the main and corporate offices a manager named Dan agreed to refund us our money and return the bed. I received an email confirming this over a month and a half ago but still havent received the refund and were still stuck with the bed. I had to remove the adjustable box spring because it was uncomfortable to sleep. Ive sent emails to customer service and havent heard back from anyone. Ive called Dan at least 20 times over the past 2 weeks since my last review I wrote and still havent received a return call. Im sure they will respond to this review saying their sorry and email customer service. This company and its employees are a joke and Im not going to stop emailing, calling or writing reviews until I receive a full refund and have this bed removed from my home. I wish there was a negative star option.

Best sales experience that I have ever had! I had been having back issues and thought that it may be related to our mattress. My wife went on line and contacted your store on Grove Rd. When we entered we were greeted by one of your sales professionals, Ryan Miller. I liked him immediately. He was not at all pushy and seemed to have our best interest at heart. I am a bit old school and was somewhat skeptical when he recommended that we try a mattress that would measure our comfort levels and in turn help him find the right mattress for us. After going through a few positions that Ryan recommended we completed the test. Based off of the testing Ryan recommended a mattress for us. IT WAS PERFECT! Being the skeptic I went ahead and tried a few others but none was like the one Ryan recommended. Ryan was honest from the start and I was really impressed with his professionalism.
