Great outside selection that you can come check out at any time. Since we came during their open hours, a helpful staff member came outside to show us options and send some estimates. Its always nice to support great local businesses like this, especially in these times!

Nice selection, friendly staff. What we wanted had to be ordered, they said 4 to 6 weeks. Did not come in that time frame so canceled the order and was reimbursed. Went up to Hanover and got the pavers so project was only pushed back by 3 weeks. Disappointing as I like buying local.

Theres a woman that works at the counter dont remember her name have dealt with her couple of times in the last 3 years she is extremely knowledgeable friendly and knows her business they should be proud to her There definitely a top notch employee

The price for river stone was better than other retail stores and our nursery. $6 for 80 lbs. Vs $5 for 40 lbs. They loaded our rocks quickly as well.

I was grateful that Chris helped me 10 minutes before the store closed. I appreciated his cement color opinion too. It was a very fast transaction!

So after driving all the way to their store I find out that you have to call and order over the phone because only employees are allowed inside their store. Maybe if their pathetic employee who I emailed earlier asking if they had a certain type of block had told me about this I would not have wasted my time taking a 40 minute drive to come here. Who buys stone without actually seeing it to make sure it’s what you need? This place used to have people in charge with common sense but that is obviously no longer the case. I will get the block for my patio somewhere else.

FBW has a complete inventory of building supplies both interior - exterior. brick, block, concrete seems to be their specialty. real good inventory segmented wall systems as well as pavers. FBW carries a good supply of everything needed to complete project.

They always have exactly what Im looking for and their delivery crew has always been super-reliable and courteous throughout the years. They also have trucks in a range of sizes so they can deliver to awkward spots, which was a problem for one other local company I tried previously.
