Great fast,friendly service from every employee working there. I would not go anywhere else. I went in on a busy Sunday morning after purchasing an above ground pool for the first time. I was treated like a long time customer. I was amazed!! Everyone was nice,friendly and answered all questions I had with a smile. Exactly how a business should be run and customers should be treated.

Our pool is entering its third season and has been pretty easy to maintain. However, there were several locations around the perimeter where the liner had worked its way from the track. PPP came VERY highly recommended by two neighbors (both with pools), one having had a similar problem only worse. I called PPP and arranged to have them fix our problem. They were polite, courteous, and respectfully listened to our concerns then went right to work. In less than an hour, they had the liner back in place and were on their way. They were FANTASTIC!

I just spent a couple hours in their beautiful Christmas shop, The Jingle Shop. I was able to purchase hostess gifts, decorations, and gifts for family members. The owners were there, and we had a great conversation! We also purchase all of our pool supplies from them, and have for at least 15 years. They have done maintenance work on our pool equipment as well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

New Pool owner so first time in to buy some pool supplies, I thought the owner and staff were all friendly and helpful. Prices are a little high but I like to support local business. if more people did the same instead of online, prices might get a little better . I will go back

Love this store and the staff! Been shopping here for years and never had any issues. I had to return an item and there were no issues, no questions. Whoever I talked to in the store, they were always friendly and professional. Well stocked everything I needed.

Terrible. Went there on Monday to get water tested. Young boy said he was worried because it hadnt been more than 24 hours since I shocked it but would anyways. Came back said alkalinity was very high. So says shock it again. So 7lbs of shock and it does nothing. Go in today and woman says dont know why he would do that but we will take care of you. So they sat add acid and start making excuse of why he said shock it. Asked for discount since I wasted 50 on shock. Said no cant do chemicals?? So expensive stuff no discount but come back and buy other stiff and you will? No thanks! Found chemicals cheaper at another place!

If you need service on your pool, PPP (and specifcally Chris) are great to work with. Chris has always been very attentive to our needs and gets people out quickly when we need them.

Use to use this company. Called they came out. Said someone would call us to do repairs. No one ever called despite us calling several times. We used them for years. Company has changed. Never again.

I have bought swimming pool supplies, and a few lawn chairs from PP&P. I have always been very happy with the service they provide. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any questions I have had.

I struggled to even check one star. As a client over the years, Ive never been treated as badly as I have been this fall. Since my son joined a local year round team and they order solely through this store I had to order his team gear here. After spending over $200 on gear, I was treated as an inconvenience, spoken rudely to both over the phone and in person as well as being told conflicting information in regards to ordering and when product will be ready. I will never purchase another item from this store, instead I will be shopping online and at other shops in neighboring counties. What a shame that they cant hire pleasant staff to receive calls, help in the shop and treat paying clients with respect.

Great place to get help with your pool. They always give great advice and the chemicals are not over priced.

This place is awful!!! We have been going in weekly to try to resolve water problem and been given horrible advice. Went in Monday and the kid that helped us acknowledged a high alkalinity level after a previous shock, his advice was to reshock it with seven pounds of shock. Sold us the swven pounds. Pool is still green. We went in today and the lady acknowledged that the shock would do nothing with the alkalinity as high as it is, and she would take Care of us. Taking care of us was selling us what they should have sold us Monday. All they want is your money. Never again.

Waited almost an hour to speak to the manager about a broken skimmer basket that his crew broke when they closed my pool last year. Discovered the broken basket this year when the pool was reopened. When I went to complain at the store, the manager was first working with another customer and then on a phone call -- why would you take a phone call when another customer is physically waiting in your store?? I sat and waited since my family and I had been standing for about 30 minutes at this point. When I got up again about 15 minutes later, it was in time to watch the manager walk away once he saw me. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

P,P&P is always friendly and helpful. My pool is on good hands with therm.
