The pharmacy tech was a jerk and VERY rude and so was his supposed “manager.” I left and refuse(d) to give them my business. All because I wanted to know why the medicine was so much.

This pharmacy is a joke and an absolute nightmare. The pharmacy tech that I dealt with last time was so rude she shouldn’t even have a job. She’s lucky I didn’t retaliate. Every time I come to pick up my medication I’m told it was never called in by my doctor. I feel as if I’m treated like an addict because I’m picking up a controlled substance. I will never refill my prescription here again because the staff is incredibly incompetent. I ran out of my medication that I take for seizures and had a seizure because they refused to give me my medication and went into withdrawals. So thanks for that. Get your acts together

My over one year experience with this pharmacy led to problems with communication and social etiquette.For instance, the customer representatives had trouble speaking and understanding English over the phone. As a result, my orders were incorrect. Also, they told me my orders were filled over the phone or through text messages. However, when I arrived to pick them up they were not only not filled, but could not be filled at all.In addition, there was a lack of social etiquette. One of the lead pharmacists consistently interrupted me while I was trying to complete a statement. Furthermore, they would never apologize or show sensitivity for mistakes, complications, tardiness etc.All in all, I would not reccomend this pharmacy. The central issue was communication. A firm grasp of the English language and American social etiquette are essential in the healthcare of people in Maryland.

Very difficult to communicate with staff. Shouldn’t be so hard to explain things to those working at the pharmacy. Looking for other options in the area.

I have been using this Walmart Pharmacy (Monocacy Blvd.) for several years and have all good experiences. When there has been any issue with coverage, they have been very helpful. I am sure that they must have some customers who get upset easily when things take time, but they have a great staff with tons of patience. They are diligent, professional, and friendly! I will continue to get my prescriptions filled there.

Stood in line 3 different times, had to wait 30 minutes for a prescription that wasn’t even ready when a text was sent saying it was. Employees have no clue what’s going on, take your business elsewhere if you value your time.

Waited 20 days for a refill. Went in later thinking they forgot to notify me. Then the Pharmacist proceeded to explain that it wasnt ready to be filled...which was not true I should him text from pharmacy. Very unhelpful.

Would give 1/4 star if I was able to. Management is a joke as they only seem to excel at giving you the runaround. Everything seems to be the fault or responsibility of someone else. Horrible community outreach.

Rude employees, they are always demanding higher wages, but they do nothing to deserve them. I would rather take my prescriptions and pay higher prices than give them a penny of my money. Customer Service???

Everytime I get a refill it takes AT LEAST 20 minutes if only one person is in front of me. Save yourself trouble and go to CVS. I DID.

Been failing to get a prescription filled for 3 days now, which wouldnt be so bad except they keep lying to me on the phone by telling me its ready for pick up only to waste my time coming in to find out the medication isnt even in stock.

I feel so bad for people who deal with the public. People walk the walk than tell me.

Terrible. Prescription is never ready on time and the employees are not friendly or professional.
