1st time at this store. They were exceptional. They have a great selection, and were exceptionally knowledgeable. My son had been looking for a specific pokemon card and a box of boosters. They were able to provide both within minutes of us walking into the store. We will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place.

Okay shop. Friendly employees but they do not give fair value if youre wanting to sell and theyre not fully knowledgeable on all collector items unless that is their strategy on giving unfair valuations. Im also unsure as to why I saw used Nintendo Switch games for full price when they are still for sale at major retailers. New/Sealed Pokémon products have a good bit of markup depending what youre looking at. Overall, shop it clean and employees seem friendly but be very careful selling your collection or buying new here. Always do your own research.

Super friendly staff who knows their stuff. Good selection of retro games, systems and accessories. Fun little nerdy gifts sprinkled through and trading cards lined against the walls? I wish I had a place like this when I was a kid. If that sounds like your thing definitely stop by.

Staff is always very friendly, and Ive traded in both cards and consoles with them. Theyre very fair and the returns were awesome. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for trading cards, or if you have old consoles you want to trade in. Dont go to GameStop

I initially called asking about 3 ring binder sleeve pages for cards and they were extremely helpful so I drove 45m to check out the store and man was it impressive! It has a whole lot of everything in regards to trading cards (binders, sleeves etc) that one would desire or need. Incredible selection of different trading cards. Essentially, the place is a hidden treasure. I highly recommend this shop!! Great customer service and fair prices

This store is like Wal-Mart!!!!! Couldnt believe the variety of Yugioh cards they had for sell and as well the different boosters packs available!!!!! Cant wait to continue buying!!!!

Tons on MtG singles are reasonable prices. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful in grabbing a ton of random singles I needed. Their selection of lands was particularly helpful as finding all the lands you need for a commander deck can be so tough sometimes! Its almost an hour from my house but definitely worth the trip, they will surely see me again.

My boyfriend and Ive been coming here for ~4 years and have always had a great experience buying & selling. If youre looking for a card for your deck or collection, more likely than not, they have it!

Scummy people ruining the hobby. High prices AND theyre buying out cereal from the grocery store to resell because they come with a promo Pokemon card.

Love this place, always friendly service, good prices for cards and sealed product. This was the first place I visited when I got into TCG and the staff was very helpful. I always bring my daughter with me when Im in the area and they are always very kind to her, which says a lot about the staff. Ive been to other TCG shops in MD where there is a certain too cool attitude, but the staff here are pretty down to earth, easy going people. As a bonus, they sell games and game systems, including older stuff that you cant find at gamestop.

Customer service is always absolutely fantastic and the employees are always super friendly!! This is hands down my favorite card shop to go to.

So this store possibly has the best customer service I’ve ever seen. This statement may seem somewhat ironic, seeing as I recently posted a 1-star review of them. In fact, that review is why I give them such a good rating now. In essence, I went into the store at some point and explained to them why I had written that review; someone in-store had done something that I had taken the wrong way. Instead of treating me coldly as I had worried they might, they explained their position and said there were no hard feelings. I can go to pretty much any store in Frederick to buy cards from someone who puts a smile on my face; we have a great community in this area. But it’s incredibly rare to find a store where you can treat the staff as poorly as I did and still be forgiven for your actions. So if you’re looking to shop here, I would definitely suggest providing them with your business, and would ask that you treat them as well as they’re going to treat you.

The owners are great and normally one of them is in store. Better prices than Gamestop on used video games and the best card shop in town. Highly recommend stopping by.

I shop here for all my magic card needs! They have a huge selection of magic the gathering, pokemon, and yugioh. The folks who run it are just awesome.Only complaint is the minimum on single cards below 1 dollar. They are a minimum of .25 cents. Which, when buying a hundred .08 cent cards, can add up a bit. I buy my cheap cards on line and visit them for anything over a dollar.

I have been visiting TCG for a while and they have only gotten better. The staff is wonderful and talkative - very passionate about gaming of all kinds. I go for the retro video games they sell. Always increasing on stock, and fairly priced!

We take our six year old son here to buy Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokémon cards. We have never been disappointed with the prices or the customer service. They always treat us with respect and are really good with kids. One one occasion, one of the workers at the counter bought our son a GX Pokémon card because our son did not have enough money saved up to buy the GX Pokémon card our son wanted. We know it wasnt an expensive card, but it was the thought that counted. The card is one of our sons most treasured possessions, now. We cant say enough good things about this store. We will continue to shop here. Also, they have a good selection of old video games.

I dont know if its just bad customer service or what, but this is the third time Ive come into this business to shop and was greeted by blank stares and silence. No, how may I help you or anything. At least 5 guys just stared at me and my son. No thank you!

Great place to get old nintendo games. Many. N64 games, GameCube games, and super nintendo games. They also have card tournaments frequently. The guy there was very friendly and let us have a deal on a game. Overall 4/5.

So I work 15 hr days I was accused of buying a genesis and play it for 6 days and try to return it for cash ..Im an HVAC tech btw my wife bought me the genesis extra control 2 games went back to get the right power cord after the 1st didnt work ...I completely understand there return rules but the day we bought the console to the day I try returning it I litterally spent 1 hr trying to make it work ..on newer style tv but it ok my wife spent 51 usd to buy I had to explain to the manager and his partner that I just want 35 USD back and of coarse we was accused of trying to play these dudes but after letting them know they will be making money either way .....well Im not happy and its not cool and very degrading how they operate ...they know who I am so i will be glad to answer or comment on any response to my comment ..this store reminds me of CD warehouse ...SOON COME CROOKS
