We had a great experience with PVI. Jim and Mark were great to work with. Jim came out and measured and assisted us with fitting functional office furniture into a small space. He was very patient and helpful. The furniture came in ahead of schedule and installation was very smooth. I highly recommend them for your office needs.

Good stuff, picked up a couple of quality chairs for a decent price,Great Customer service, even met the owner who is such a cool dude, he even helped load the chairs in the wagon.

Ordered white couch and chair for office. When delivered it was cream colored (clearly not same color that was in catalog). PVI was initially non-responsive and then acted as though we were being unreasonable. When we escalated, they provided free desk to remedy situation. Would not use them again. . . .

I had a very minor issue with an office chair I bought. PVI not only offered to replace the chair with no questions asked, but they brought the replacement chair to my house at no additional cost!
