Ive used this store for almost half of a year, and Im delighted with the service. The manager always gives me a lot of valuable information for any guns or parts, and she also provides excellent services. I had time that my gun didnt work for some reason, so I brought that gun to the store, and she just fixed it right there for me. I like this store; everybody working there is fantastic and kind.

Im not really into airsoft - but if I was Id go here. They have everything you need to get into the sport. AND, they have a great selection of real-steel AR parts - muzzle devices/triggers/optics (no ammo or complete firearms though).Tons of tactical gear & clothing. A true hidden gem in Frederick!

Hello everyone, I come here to talk about my experience in this store, it has everything to be the best but I dont often go to this store, its a disappointment as the service lack of respect for the customer and discrimination. A friend spent $1200.00 and he asked if she could give some discount and she said no, she also said he was her worst customer and also the prices are super high, for example a used mp9 she has in the store is being sold for $270.00 and on the website you buy a new one the same for $260.00 and deliver it to your house for free another thing I was looking at was a suppressor in the store it was selling the same for $30.00 and on the website you buy it for $20.00You can buy better for less on the website

Li was great and she helped me pick out a .50 cal marker that met my needs. She made valuable recommendations and I couldnt be happier with my purchase.

I was scammed by another airsoft store in Baltimore who sold me a defective gun as new. The gun was leaking and jammed up right out of the box. The owner of Airarm Sports contacted the manufacturer and set up the return process for me. The gun finally was repaired under warranty. I really appreciate her help and highly recommend this store!

Went today to the Airarm sport shop to get some refill on a C02 tank.So far I used to go to a different store but they were out and recommanded this specific place.I arrived at the store not long after they opened (BTW the opening hours on google are wrong as they open at noon on mondays and not 11:30).After entering the store I stood there for a good minute. The store was empty. I called for someone and after another 30 seconds a woman came to provide service.She did not even say hello, was very laconic in her answers, seemed bothered by the whole interaction and during the whole time did not even bother getting out of the room she was in (she just opened the door from a back area and stood there even though she was very far and I could not hear well).She said they do not service tanks nor provide refills. No luck for me.As I want to support small businesses and I needed to buy another tank I asked her the price. Again she was not making any effort to provide some decent service.I said thank you and she left before I even had the chance to ask about my last question.Terrible customer serviceEdit to reply to the shop’s reply:1. I indeed came to a store that did not provide the service I was looking for. I didn’t know if you had it or not. I politely asked and the clerk did not show the same politeness.2. You do not identify as a paintball store. Fair enough. You although do sell equipment that can be used for paintball including Tipmann 20oz C02 tank.3. Yes, you guys open at 12:00. I did say that I arrived AFTER you opened. I only pointed out that the hours were wrong on your Google page in case other customers would get confused. I saw that you have since updated your opening hours on Google.I am not complaining. Just giving others informations.4. I don’t see how limited manpower has any impact on « making everyone happy ».You don’t provide the service I’m looking for ? No problem ! You don’t have the product I’m looking for ? That’s life ! I came to ask about whether or not you provided the service I’m looking for. That’s it.I’m not complaining about that. Bought my airsoft gun, which misfires, not a big deal, take it back in explain that I tried messing with the hop up, and still had the issue. They told me they fixed the hopup issue, got back home and shot it. Still misfiring. Better hope your gun works and no mechanical issues

Excellent place for anything airsoft related, including attire. Staff are friendly and willing to let you get hands on with items, a necessity for finding the right tool for the job and refining your personal preferences as to what works for you. Price wise, expect to pay what you would online. Ive made them my go to store, far better than buying online.
