I called before I went here and they were polite and told me they could help me with my issue. When I got there in person, some older lady was very rude to me and acted like I was just an annoyance. I walked out because I am not giving business to a place with unprofessional staff. Don’t waste your time going here.

I painted a vanity incorrectly. I brought a vanity door in and talked to the manager about the dismal results. He quickly advised me of why I was getting poor results, and what to do to improve the results. He was a great help. Thank you.

Due to supply shortages, SW no longer offers sample size quarts. But they will offer to sell you the same quart for $22ea.Unable to make the color I wanted in a particular product line because they didnt have the formula? So instead, they had to upsell me to the next most expensive product line.Had a SW gift card. Didnt work in the store upon pickup. Clerk didnt seem to care.Go to Lowes.

Friendly staff with great knowledge of their products who provide top notch service. Its a nice alternative to the big box stores.

The two locations in Frederick share stocking info, if one doesnt have something they will let you know if the other does. Very convenient.

The lady helping me was able to march the color I got from the builder and able to suggest options so my paint wouldnt get all scuffed up. What she suggested was going up on grade of paint at least which was only a 10 dollar difference and it really changed things. The paint no longer gets marks on it from being touched and is way more durable and nicer finish. I was warned that the color would be different but it really was only noticeable different when I was painting the room and after that all I can see if the difference in quality. The people there are great and so is the paint.

The service provided during these times was just outstanding. The phone call lasted about 3 minutes and before you know it, the paint was mixed and ready for pickup. The curbside payment and payment was prompt and extremely SAFE!!!!! Thank you for your hard work. A job well done!

Ive been to this particular Sherwin-Williams location probably 20 times in the last 10 years. Generally speaking, they have a good supply of just about everything a painting contractor and wallcovering installer like me needs. The staff has always been helpful, and the store opens a half hour earlier than usual to get us early risers in and out. That is a great great thing. The Sherwin-Williams hours overall are terrific, the best in the business. Nothing bad to say, its all good. Two thumbs up, and well worth the trip

Staff was very helpful. Our builder apparently took the names of the Sherwin-Williams paint and changed them to their own. For what purpose I have no idea. The staff were very helpful and able to help me find exactly what I needed. Will definitely be back when the need arises.

This is the paint all the REALTORS in my office use. I also appreciate the fact that your people know way more than the folks at Home Depot or Lowes. Its that extra level of knowledge that makes visiting your stores so worthwhile.

Assistance was minimal. Asked for one type of paint and was given another. Had to ask a second time to correct it. Asked about a color, bagel, we had used some time ago and he could not locate the color. While looking, my son found the correct chip on the rack. Will try the 7th street store next time.

Rude over the phone. Had no clue wha the comparisons were between the sherwin Williams lowes sells vs the sherwin Williams they sell. Kind of important when its the same brand.

The employer and the employee are super friendly here. They are all very knowledgeable on paints and paint accessories. This is the only Sherwin Williams I would go because of that.

Quick and easy. Store is clean and well organized and staff is friendly.

Better organization and communication between staff and systems. I had personally set up an account and bought a significant amount of paint two day prior to my wife coming in to get more paint. They were unable to find the account that was set up a few days prior and she had to set up another one. It was somewhat frustrating for her and took precious time we needed to put into our project.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and even saved me money with his recommendations.

Prices are a bit high but the staff is very knowledgeable.
