Got in a pretty nasty accident and the front end of our SUV was smashed in, the left front panel/ fender was pushed back and skewed the drivers side door so it would barely open. Check Engine light was on. Over all hot mess. Radley Collision center, referred by Geico, squared us away. No hassle, no constant phone calls, they went to work like professionals and made our SUV look better than before. Very pleased with the work, really impressed with the repairs. Professional/fast GREAT work on the repairs Thank you.
Just turned in my vehicle for repair. So far so good. Ill elaborate more in a few days when the repair is done.
They get the job done when I go there they treat my car likes its theirs so you know its gonna be right 🏆🏆🏆🏆
All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have used them twice both were for MVAs. I was rear ended twice. Both times in the same spot. Lucky me. Geico was wonderful to work with and enterprise is amaxing!!! I recommend Radley Collision to everyone I know. Fast and great service.
Very professional business with honest service.
Very professional, prompt, and thorough.
Friendly but extremely overpriced. They gave me a print out of my parts and wanted to charge for Covid 19 disinfectant. They gave two print outs. One was for used parts for Covid 19 for $20 and print out for new parts Covid 19 was $210. I was a little baffled by that. I priced each part online so much cheaper. I am doing the work myself instead!
They did such a great job on fixing my car. My fabricated bumper was dented in by a GM SUV. Brought it in at 8 a.m. car was ready at 5p.m. It wasnt a big job but it looks great. Very efficient staff, clean facility. GEICO has a space there and also enterprise car rental. All I used for that quick repair. ALSO they did the best on returning the car VERY clean, windows, interior, wheels very appreciated.
Good service when I brought my vehicle but when I returned to pick it up the lady at the front desk didn’t seem like she liked her job rarely spoke if anything I said thank u she didn’t even say ur welcome
I brought my car here for some body damage from a recent accident. They were easy to work with and Daryl called me several times to keep me informed. Jordan at the front desk helped me when I had an issue with Enterprise, even though they were closed, she didnt mind staying a couple minutes late to help. The car was ready on time. I was really surprised that they took the time to go over all of the repairs with me. They washed my car and shined the tires before returning it to me, as well. Great service!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I showed up at this hole in the wall backwoods auto body shop to have my vehicle appraised for damage from Geico. There was no place to park. They had vehicles up front parked in the handicapped parking spaces.. Vehicles parked on the side of the street, in the fire lane. I arrived and waited twenty five minutes. Three separate times I was told by three different employees that the Geico appraiser would be in sometime and I was told to wait! I waited 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment and left. Each one of the other employees acted as if it was no problem, and this Geico appraiser normally does this!! I finally left, never to return...
Horrible experience from day 1. When dropping car off I received no information on process, was told Ill receive text messages. After 3 days of not hearing anything I call to get update, was told they needed estimate they didnt have one (I got the estimate done there). So my car had been sitting there for 3 days with no notification to me (no text, no call, no email...nothing!) I had to call Geico to have them fax copy, all while the geico rep that did estimate works there. Left message for person in charge. Never received call back. Received my 1st text after 8 days. I called several times for update and kept getting the same answer. When finally picking up car the inside was left dirty and there is rattle in door. For repair that was estimated to take 5 days ended up taking 3 wks and me having to pay 19 days for rental car. I do not recommend this place!
Dropped off my car 8 am on Wednesday picked it up at 11 am on Thursday. A tree limb add damaged the hood on my car. The repair was outstanding, guaranteed for as long as I own my car. You cannot see where it was repaired looks like new, paintless repair flawless. I would highly recommend their work.
Great experience with Radley BUT the lady at the front desk with the black hair is rude as hell, not helpful at all, no customer service just to name a few. We do a lot of business there and for her to treat anyone that way is giving the business a bad rep. She is the first person you interact with when you walk in the door. She need a training or replacement. Seriously!!
Um customer service needs a little improvement. The lady I spoke with on the phone today was a little insensitive and rude. Other than that I have no qualms with this place.
This review is based on my experience before they even got started on my vehicle.I had my RAV 4 towed there after a tree limb dropped on the roof, crushing the drivers side road rail bracket and putting a large dent on the roof edge above the drivers door. Now the roof was no longer water proof, so the cars roof needed to be covered while it was sitting in their lot waiting to be repaired. The guy that took delivery of my car put some of their heavy cling wrap material over the area that was damaged, but did not cover it properly. He left a large gap on the rail side of the damage. The wrap just went over the rail instead of lying on the roof and sealing the damage completely. I explained to the guy that any rain water would run down into low dented area and run through the large gap and I would end up with water damage as well. He fiddled with it for another minute or two but did nothing to alleviate the problem. After I pointed that out he got frustrated and said he would just have to park it inside. This did not give me warm fuzzies about the attention to detail and workmanship that I could expect from this place, so I had my vehicle towed somewhere else to have the work done.
My van looks great and cannot believe how well it looks! Would highly recommend Radley.
Just got my 2005 GTO back from the Radley Collision Center and I just have to say the experience was awesome. From the time I dropped off my car till I picked it up a week later everything was smooth and as expected. This center teamed with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress and Enterprise rentals made for a painless repair all the while getting red carpet treatment. Many thanks to Jordan, Ashley and the unnamed technicians in the Radley repair shop, Dianna at GEICO and Daniel at Enterprise!
Great service, knowledgeable staff, professional and high quality work.
While I understand having to wait on parts at times and also using outside businesses for some labor, my vehicle was at Radley from July 2 to July 28, 2018-- 26 days. That seems excessive to me. In addition, some staff seemed hesitant to believe that one of 2 rattles that turned out to be a front right windshield trim molding cover—had actually happened as a result of the tree damage claim that had my vehicle in for repairs in the first place. There was also a secondary claim for previously unknown hail damage. In fact, one Radley staff member went as far as to look up our prior insurance claims, when I told him the front windshield had NEVER been replaced since I owned the vehicle, so I could not agree with a prior windshield replacement diagnosis as the cause of the current rattle, rather than the tree damage. On the phone, that male employee told me he had actually looked up my GEICO policy and reviewed my prior claims. As far as I know, I never gave my consent for Radley to do such a thing, but that is of little matter now. He went on to say that he found a windshield replacement on my vehicle from a couple of years ago--as if I had been less than truthful in my statement that the front windshield had never been replaced since Ive owned it. The silence on the phone when I explained to him that it was the REAR windshield, NOT THE FRONT, that had been replaced a couple of summers ago, was deafening. There was no apology and no acknowledgement of his mistake whatsoever. Perhaps he went back and RECHECKED afterward, finding that I had been completely truthful, but I suppose I will never actually know. From then, my original POC avoided speaking to me again until the very last time I was there, even when she was standing right next to me in the lobby when I came to get the car the 2nd and 3rd times, not a single word to me, nor acknowledged me in any way.Update: 08/12/2018:After discovering 2” of water in the drivers side floorboard and that the water was leaking from behind the dash of my vehicle, I returned it to Radley for the 4th (FOURTH) time. Having said they had a rental car waiting for me and would fix it, THIS is what the Radley receptionist handed me the keys to and told me to take as my “rental car”. I had a Dr. appt. shortly after and no time to plan otherwise, so I took it against my better judgment, and went to the Dr. before leaving the lot, I asked how long the repair was going to take and was told “I don’t know”, by the male Radley associate. So I took the vehicle and drove to the Dr., arriving early enough to stop by Radley Cadillac to try to discuss the “rental car” situation but could not reach him. Instead, I was put with Ben Hyde, an Asst. Manager at Radley Cadillac. Upon showing him my “rental car” he stated directly that he would not drive that vehicle himself and would get in touch with Jonathon Pittman to rectify the matter immediately. I then emailed Jonathan Pittman photos of the “rental car” I was in and that I’d just spoken to Ben Hyde and to please speak to him as I had to go to a Dr. appt. immediately. By the time I got out of the Dr.s, my vehicle was ready and I picked it up immediacy. Long story made short, they put me in a 3rd party contractor’s work van as a rental, they tried to say the water issue was unrelated to the work they’d done when it certainly was related, they NEVER fixed the vehicle properly—still a rattle and a broken rear windshield wiper and finally, they conspired to keep GEICO from knowing the extent of their incompetency. I will never use Radley Collision again.
Let me start by saying this review is for the location on route 1 on the border between Stafford and Fredericksburg. This place is very unreliable and I do not recommend you do business with them. There are many other body repair shops, I just chose them at random but they are no good!I took my vehicle to them to fix a bumper, very minor work less than $900. I gave them my car on a Monday and they told me it would be ready by Wednesday or Thursday. Wednesday and Thursday roll around and I dont hear from them telling me its ready or otherwise. I wait until Friday and still nothing. I call Friday after I get off from work because their posted hours say they are open until 6pm but I called repeatedly starting from 5:15 up until 6 and no answer. Now this is becoming problematic because I have to go out of town all next week and I need the car. So I go Monday morning to check the status since phoning doesnt seem to be an option...not if you want answer anyways. So I go Monday to find out something and they just casually have the woman at the front desk tell me, itll be ready Thursday, well Im not falling for that one again so I ask to speak to someone else. Its the same joker that gave me that line of crap about Wednesday or Thursday the first time. So I ask what progress has been done so far and turns out the car hasnt even been touched in the week its been sitting there. I DONT HAVE ANOTHER WEEK TO LEAVE IT THERE!!!They failed to keep me informed and when I asked could he not have at least given me a call to keep me updated he just said hes been busy...what kind of BS answer is that, Im a customer!!! I am the reason you are busy and the reason you have electricity and food and water at your home!!! But yet you are too busy to take 2 minutes to let me know what the hell is going on with my means of transportation.Horrible customer service. As a 23 year military veteran that also happens to be disabled due to my service, you Radley Collision, are very lucky that I took my job of serving and defending your freedom a hell of a lot more serious than you take serving me...the customer.Thank you for nothing. Never will you gain my business again and I hope someone reads this review and decides not to bring their vehicle to you. Enjoy that freedom I got for ya!
They repaired my vehicle when it should have been totaled. I even brought it back to them when it was not performing correctly, and making funny noises, and they declared it was fine. I knew that this could not be right, and brought it to another shop. They, and later, my insurance company, declared the vehicle totaled, and showed me the bent frame and damaged pieces, and the shoddy workmanship that Radley had done to cover it up and collect a check. Beware, especially if you have GEICO--they are a GEICO Express location. If GEICO tries to send your vehicle there, request another body shop.
I went to pick up my vehicle and my spoiler was still loose after being replaced so they took it back again to tighten it down. Instead of painting my whole bumper they decided to put touch up paint like I wouldnt notice but fortunately for me Im a mechanic/painter but they still insisted that it wasnt them that put the touch up paint on it. They were not professional when I brought up the issues. When I looked over the car it was covered in dust from them prepping it for paint meaning they did not even wash the vehicle after supposedly having it ready for me. Now a few months later my spoiler is loose again. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Stay away if you can. Almost a year later I looked in the trunk and found more glass from the rear window being replaced. When I called about this the manager didnt even sound like he cared that they gave me terrible service.
Thieves, liars, crooks. Some of the adjectives people at Radley Collision should wear as name plates on their uniform.Took over 60 days, and over $16,000 to “fix” my vehicle. Great work you bunch of damn cavemen for sending me on my way with a barely bolted lower control arm, car interior with spider’s webs all over including the big spider that was underneath the front passenger seat, and how can I forget all the scratches on several interior pieces, geez let me also thank you for the broken glass, the scratched up front right window, badly installed wheel splash guard, messed up alignment, cheap front right headlight that wasn’t working properly and was almost falling apart after one day.I hope the $220 I paid out of pocket to install a simple exhaust is on your piggy bank, you gonna need it for the lawsuit coming your way. Yes the same exhaust that I had to take elsewhere to get it installed properly, with out the need of an extra exhaust flange!. You need proper exhaust gaskets, not some 0.5mm wide metal gaskets.Speaking of money. Where is the check that I was suppose to get back?!My Geico representative confirmed my mailing address with you about 25 days ago. Your shop is 6 miles away from my house!.I don’t believe a single envelope would take that long, not even for our “wonderful” USPS.The Geico representative got word from your finance manager / clown, that the check was on the way on 11/15/2017 and still no check!I’m sure you all are smiling, happy, carefree feeding your families with money taken from honest people, that could have been in a big accident, perhaps even dead. Thanks to your lies, dishonesty, and greed.126 days and my vehicle is finally fixed! A real body shop did the job that you people couldn’t! only took 8 days, and my trusty performance shop took care of a bunch mechanical issues.Over $24,000 in repairs. The car should have been toalted but I guess Geico likes to waste money in repairs, just like it does with some extremely incompetent damage adjusters, and “body shops”.Radley Collision owner(s).. Word of advice, sell the damn building, and all of your equipment!Open a hot dog stand, since you all are experts at giving customers the long sausage type of treatment!F.E.
Very pleasant and professional.
Their customer service is the worst that I have ever dealt with. Especially when I was told that my vehicle was fixed (was making a clicking sound when you turn), but I didnt get out of the parking lot before hearing the sound again. Apparently there is no need to test drive a vehicle after the mechanic calls it fixed.
Would not recommend. Beware of terrible customer service. Go elsewhere.
Awesome service and friendly customer service
Fixed our Versa.
