I am very angry. I work overnight shift and asked them to possibly come in the morning if possible seeing how it was scheduled 3 weeks in advance but no they came in the middle of the day and did not tell me I had to go outside and give permission or pay or approve anything I was under the impression they would do it and leave I had already made the payment when the appointment was made so I missed a call from them and they couldnt have knocked on the door? It wasnt until my neighbor came over and knocked on the door to tell me that they were in my driveway. I noticed the missed call was only 10 minutes ago so I have no idea why they had such an atttitude with me! Not to mention, they had called me around 11 am which was already later than I had expected them to come just to inform me that they would have to come after the 1230 appointment which was only another extra hour and a half for me to be up but then they didnt show until 2 pm I really wish there was an option to where I could post pictures of the damage done to my car. I am very dissapointed, $255 later and Im missing parts of my windshield in between the glass and the inside of my car, the bottom part near the hood has a gaping hole in it and now when I get on the high way it whistles wind through the car cant wait until it rains and I get to take a shower in my car. Also they had a portion of my windshield duck taped so hopefully that doesnt mean its not properly secure, I wouldnt doubt it. They tried telling me the damage was there before they started working when I was clearly asleep and inside my house after they had started working on my car it wasnt until I went outside to make a payment since the first one didnt go through their system thats when they chose to tell me about the damage that apparently was there before, well Im 100% positive the damage was not there and Im pissed that I will not be receiving any sort of compensation or repair so unless if you want to be screwed out of your money, have a half-ass job done and damage done to your car choose any other possible company to have your windshield replaced through. Its great that they offer military discount too bad I did not receive that benefit. Im very dissatisfied and only hope no one else has to run into such trouble that I have!!!

They fixed my busted out window. Didnt take long. The guy left a tool in my car though, I have to bring it back one of these days when I get some time!
