These guys and gals rock they were able to accommodate me and my family. I requested a car that had to be brought from another site once I took a look at it I knew it wasn’t going to accommodate my family needs so I ended up buying a Soul off the lot that was there already. Needed a valve for hvac system replaced. Justin researched and found that my maintenance plan covered it. He also printed out a copy of my maintenance plan that was much easier to read. When i scheduled the replacement, I also asked for a rental car. When i arrived, the rental car request did not get forwarded and it sounded like they did not have any available. While deciding a course of action Kia service staff said they would pick up my car the next morning and drop it off at my house when fonished. I live 20 miles out. So this was great! Thanks guys!

We have purchased 3 vehicles from this Kia dealer and I am now close to not purchasing another from Safford Kia. My service agent is always clear and caring. We lost our spare key fob and payed over $300 for a spare. I made an appointment to have it programmed. Once at the appointment I was then told it would be $140 to program the keys. After programming the keys the agent then tells me it doesnt come with a key. The key has the part that a key ring attaches to. The key would cost additional money and wed have to have it made. I would at least appreciate costs and needs being disclosed in advance. The agent did what he could do to help right now so I appreciate that. Otherwise it would have been a two star review.

Eli and everyone at Kia were a pleasure to work with. We never felt pressured at all, they were very patient and were able to work numbers that worked for us. The process from the moment we walked in to driving out was flawless. We were in there 2 1/2 hours through the entire process and that includes the test drive. I highly recommend and would purchase another vehicle from this dealer.

I want to compliment the Kia dealership in Fredericksburg VA. We drove about 30 miles to get here and we had such an unbelievably pleasant first time experience. Tony Di Cino, the Service Manager, took customer service to another level altogether. He genuinely cared, listened, assessed the situation with competence, prioritized risk and safety issues and went the extra mile to find out the issue with our car, even though we were walk ins.We have had Kias from 2013 and have been to other closer dealerships but the service here was excellent, friendly and so professional.I overheard another customer tell “Bryan”, a service agent she was working with, that she had moved to North Carolina but came all the way from another state to this dealership because she felt she was not getting the same service down in NC that she got here in Fredericksburg. Wow!Kudos to Brandon who gave us the shuttle ride, again another pleasant and positive experience.Thank you for exhibiting such positive and great work culture everyone at Kia Safford Fredericksburg. We are from NoVA and were a little turned off by some of the aggressive dealers around. Going farther afield and finding Kia Safford was a welcome change. We were greeted immediately, enthusiastically, but not in a pushy manner. We had arranged for a test drive and received text updates and information that helped us feel attended to in a individualized way. The dealership, itself, was clean and spacious with plenty of customer parking. The surrounding area presented plenty of road selections to try different driving: quick acceleration, stop-n-go, residential. While the model we wanted was not available (sold even as we made our way down), we were able to test a close model, and new inventory was on the way. We ended up putting down a deposit on one of those and a week later, we were driving home our new car!

A few days before I needed a service appointment for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation (before going on vacation) I called Safford Kia and was told none were available to fit my schedule. The scheduler was compassionate with my situation and said I could try to get my Kia Soul serviced on a walk-in basis. She apologized that she couldn’t help me. I was very impressed with her level of customer service. On Sep. 2nd I went to Safford and asked if I could be a walk in. Justin, the Service Rep., said he could fit my car in. Another instance of impressive customer service! Justin thoroughly explained my service options and gave me a brochure of scheduled maintenance. Nice touch! I only had to wait two hours for the service - not bad for a walk in. Lee, another Service Rep., was also helpful with giving information. The cost of the service was reasonable. The waiting room was clean with a good supply of snacks. All in all it was a great experience by an excellent car dealership - Safford Kia of Fredericksburg, VA.

I have nothing but positives to say about the folks here, particularly Cole Dunn and Johnny Dennis. I made a purchase, had a bit of buyers remorse due to concerns about the vehicle serving my needs, due to the fact that I live at the end of a rough quarter mile long driveway. They went above and beyond and allowed me to return the car and to steer me to a BEAUTIFUL VEHICLE that was much better suited to my needs. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND PATIENCE!!! Everyone always says Chic-fil-a has the best customer service...well they must have never had the pleasure of shopping at Safford Kia of Fredericksburg! To say their customer service is World Best, is the most accurate statement!! All the staff were amazing and so was our entire experience: from buying our car with Daniel, Kimberly ensuring our car stays glistening, Eric with financing, Vanessa from the service department and the service man who detailed the car after going to the beach (he got out all the sand and dog hair -unexpected surprise)! Daniel was so patient with me, as the pandemic has not made car buying easy. He took the time to show me whatever car I wanted to see, and survived the test drive with me! Daniel you are truly an amazing human being, thank you! Eric and the finance team got us a greater rate in the clutch to ensure we never have to worry about anything happening to our vehicle, with an amazing extended warranty and gap package! 2 free oil changes, free state inspections and continued replenishment of Auto Armor. Everyone I encountered during the scheduling of and during my actual visit were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The staff was prepared to take my vehicle at the time of the appointment. The waiting room was clean and allowed space for social distancing. Free drinks and refreshments were available. They were not pushy! They contacted me after I had put in an inquiry on a new car. They did not have what I wanted, but told me about other cars on the lot in my budget, including used cars. The lady who reached out was very helpful. She told us who to see when we go to the used car lot. Once we got there, we were greeted, pointed in the right direction, and we found a GREAT car for a GREAT PRICE! We were not originally considering the car we ended up with, but they graciously opened up many different makes and models for us to check out, and had all the info on each car ready to go! I went to the dealership in order to have a recall taken care of. I called a week before my appt to inform them that I also needed to have the software updated, I was advised to write that info on the envelope since I was leaving my car overnight. Which I did. However when I picked up my car, I didn’t see anything on my receipt regarding the software update. I called multiple times and even left a few messages regarding it but no one called me back.UPDATE: I am pleased to say that I received a call from Tony, who went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. It ended up being a complete misunderstanding. Tony was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate him taking the time to remedy the situation.

I purchased my vehicle at Safford and had a great experience but today i stopped in without an apt bc i had a problem. One of the fasteners had fallen out of the skid plate underneath my vehicle and it was making a noise. They got me right in put it on the lift and replaced all the ones i was missing making it safe for me to drive. I was there maybe 30 minutes and it didn’t cost me anything. Every time I’ve been there whether i have an apt or not ive had EXCELLENT customer service. I highly recommend. Thank you so much

I took down my first review because they called and ask me to remove it, offering free oil changes. But I’ve decided I’d rather pay someone to change my oil, and warn people. THEY ARE CROOKS!! I still have not received a copy of the paperwork in which I was promised. I brought the car 8/15/21… FLASH DRIVE WAS EMPTY.. I love the car but do not deal with Safford Kia of Fredericksburg. I get people are short staffed but my gosh at some point one of the messages you should call back.Honestly not happy with our recent lease. Im from PA and was 68 miles from my destination when the motor in my 2013 Optima EX blew. I was totally stressed out by the time my car and I arrived at the dealership. We upgraded from a Kia Sorrento to a Kia Carnival this past weekend and every single person I came in contact with at Safford Kia was kind, respectful, and patient. Its very hard to get one of the new Carnivals but Cole helped us put a deposit on one and said it would be about a month before it came in. As soon as it arrived he called us and helped us all the way through to financing and even waited after the dealership had closed to walk us completely through the vehicle to make sure we didnt have any issues or questions.

I really liked working with Safford Kia when I came to test drive a previously owned car. Chris was the salesman I worked with and I liked how I got an email and text reminder to confirm. It made me feel like they wanted me to know they were ready for me. Chris had the car pulled up and reviewed a lot of the car options with me. Each person I worked with at this dealership was very kind and friendly. No pressure tactics and I drove the car alone to really check out the get up and go of the car. I would highly recommend this dealership as a cut above the rest.

I had an outstanding experience at Safford Kia. I was greeted by Alex. It was a Sunday (midday). I explained I was interested in test driving a Kia Soul. He had two pre-owned on the lot. No new models. One was a 2021 Soul turbo. The other was a 2020 Soul LX.Alex answered all my questions and I test drove the Turbo. Afterward, I called my wife and discussed my good impressions. My wife suggested we return to test drive the LX. We did so and, though the LX is more basic, I loved the way it handled and thought the features were more than adequate. The whole time Alex was extremely accommodating.The Soul 2020 LX had about 25,000 miles and the price was very reasonable. The staff at Safford was very professional about financing and helping us decide on options that were prudent, yet also saved us money.Im very happy with this purchase and the value of this Kia Soul!

They did the bare minimum with subpar customer service. They failed to notice things going on with my car, and when I brought it to their attention, they insisted there was nothing wrong. My husband and I went in recently for our first oil change since purchasing our 2021 Kia Telluride in late January. Justin was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. We had an appointment and were there less than an hour from start to finish for an oil change and tire rotation. We’re extremely pleased with everyone we’ve had contact with since we’ve purchased our Telluride.

I brought my vehicle in for service without an appointment since I was only visiting Virginia and was serviced by Lee who was both very helpful and friendly. He made sure to check on me and explain what I could expect and made me aware of what the technician found, also he gave me the price beforehand so I wasn’t blindsided (this was really awesome!). I was finished pretty quickly especially since I didn’t have an appointment. My car was cleaned and I was very comfortable and confident with the service provided. I would recommend this location to my friends and family that are located in Fredericksburg. Thank you Lee for all of your help!

Hi.I came and brought my friend to Kia Fredericksburg and we both had tge pleasure of Rebecca Graves as a Sales person. I cannot tell you how easy she made the purchase for us Sr. CITIZENS. I had an amazing experience at Kia. I purchased a beautiful white Mercedes benz from Aaron Ramey who was very responsive, tentative and knowledgable. He ensured to follow up and check on me each step of the way. Him and the manager kept me informed on everything they were doing and made sure I was ok with each change. They were a great! Safford Kia of Fredericksburg has an AMAZING customer service. They pride themselves in giving the best to each customer. Yesterday Lee helped me and was extremely kind. I originally came in for a recall on my car and was able to add a 15,000 mile service based on his recommendation. I always come home to Fredericksburg from DC to get my car serviced by this business.

The service dept. was slow to respond to my calls and demonstrated sloppy workmanship. For example, on 8/20/21, I put my car in to repair an oil leak. The service dept. diagnosed the problem told me that the repairs would be completed on 8/25/21. I called/voice mail the service dept. on the 25th, 26th, 27th for an ETA. There was no response. I finally got a call back from Lee in the service department to informed me that the repairs to my vehicle was successful completed. I picked up the vehicle and drove it home but I heard a rattle under the hood. When I popped the hood, I noticed that the motor cover was not secured so I took a few moment to properly install/secure it. That next day my wife told me that the check engine light is on. I checked the oil level and it was very low although there was no oil leak after the repair was completed. I went to Walmart and purchased motor oil and added 2 quartz of the recommended oil. I then send a text to Lee about my experience at Safford Kia and his response was to complete the survey. Poor customer service and bad workmanship.
