I have worked with several used parts companies over the years. All Foreign, namely William and some times Chandler, have been top notch in answering questions, standing behind their products, finding my difficult parts and ensuring we are always satisfied. If something happens to go go awry, which is rare, it is dealt with quickly and in a professional manner. I dont even bother using anyone else anymore.A+++ quality, customer service, ship rate, core pick up, warranty.

They have prices advertised on line for lower figures but when you call them they try to charge you more, they quality is very bad even for a used vehicle part. Wouldnt do business with them at all.

Had an incredibly good experience purchasing from All Foreign. I needed a used engine that was quite specific, but not very valuable. I called All Foreign and spoke with William, who went above and beyond to help me out. He was able to get me the VIN #, mileage, in-stock date, was happy to answer a ton of questions on how and where the engine had been stored (itd been there a few years). They had the guys pull it from stock and sent me a bunch of photos so I could see exactly what I was getting. William got it shipped out fast, was super responsive with giving me updates each step of the process, and arranged for liftgate delivery. The engine arrived within a few days, and looked great, even better than in the photos. I was amazed to see that these guys had properly unplugged all the wiring connections, capped and plugged all the lines and openings, and even put the bolts back in where the engine mounts used to be. I simply cannot believe how much effort the team at All Foreign put in to this, they turned buying a used engine - which I expected to be a minefield - into literally one of the best transactions Ive ever had. I cant say enough great things about these guys, theyve got a customer for life.

The two most important factors with used auto parts are correct grading and usability.Another way to put this is : does the part work AND is it in the condition that it is supposed to be and is it the right part? Does it include all the components you will need?In both of my dealings with All Foreign the parts have been correctly graded and fully functional. For electrical parts, this is very important.All Foreign saved me $300 on one part and around $450 another versus new from Honda dealer.They shipped Fedex and parts where well wrapped.Cant ask for more than that.
