Travis, the department manager, really went out of his way to help me on a tire replacement with my road hazard warranty. Thanks Travis! And cutback on them hot dogs for breakfast, they no good

Sat for 2.5 hours waiting on a simple oil change with only three vehicles in front of me and had to leave without getting the work finished.I am a business owner and I own five trucks with very routine maintenance and Walmart has lost a customer forever! Jiffy Lube is a few dollars more but you’re guaranteed to be in and out the door in about 20 minutes and very much worth the extra few dollars.

Omg! I went to get my car serviced two tires and an Oil change, It only took approx 1 hr! I talked to Assistant Manager Travis and Service Manager James. They both gave me a good deal on my tires. I had to get my child from school and stated I was on a time crunch. They told me Id be in and out in about an hour. Sure enough, they held up to their word. I am more than pleased with the service that was performed and the customer service that was given. The ladies behind the counter were also very nice and helpful. I totally recommend the Central Park Auto Care Center to anyone in need of services.

I don’t recommend the Walmart tire center to anyone. I don’t know if they are short staffed, not knowledgeable or a little bit of both but their customer service is very bad. The people working at the register tend to be nice. I went there to get two new tires on the back as I got two on the front months prior and they declined the vehicle saying that they didn’t have the lucky wrench to get the tires off. I then go to the Central Park location and get told that the lug nuts are warped and they can’t get them off. So they declined it as well. At the Central Park location I waited 5 hours to get told that. Let’s not leave out that I had to walk up to the counter to ask before they told me. One of the technicians even said “she knows who she took it to before she came to us and they are the ones who did it not us”. The funny thing was I had just left another Walmart location. If you get a better deal on tires or supplies then by all means but it from Walmart. But be careful about letting them work on you car.Update: I went to Dixon’s Automotive and was in and out in less than an hour. They had no problem getting the tires off.

Had to wait 3 hours before I found out that they couldn’t get a lug nut off my wheel that they put back on so in good conscience I had to go and inspect the work only to find three Lugnuts barely on and two that Were somewhat tight and I will not recommend anyone to come to this location since no one can be told about issues in a reasonable amount of time. The disappointment cannot be overstated since I am an auto tech is well and I had caused to challenge my safety after the work was performed or a lack there of

Waited on the phone for 4 minutes without an answer to try to find out if the auto center provided a service I needed before going in. It appears customer service is not a high priority.pparen customer service is not a higity.

This place is ridiculous. First time going here I took my car there for a regular oil change and they acted like it was going to be a problem with me leaving then coming back to get my car instead of staying in the store. I was told I was going to get a call as soon as it was done, but I called almost 5 hours later and they “claimed” they just finished my car, which wasn’t a big deal because it worked out anyways, but 5 hours to change my oil when you guys said it “wouldn’t take long.” I call this morning trying to get an oil change and I have called over 10 times and it’s been over 30 minutes and can’t seem to get ANYONE to answer the phone. I call CS at the main part of the store and the lady was rude as all get out. This is just ridiculous.

Called the auto service asked how long the wait would be for an oil change the guy said there were 2 people in front of me. I brought my car in around 2:35pm here it is 4:45 pm and my car still hasn’t been brought in the Bay Area. i see one person i guess is supposed to be working and 3 other cars in the bay area just sitting there. I will NEVER bring my car back in here for anything.

They broke the valve during the oil change and blamed my auto dealer’s service department for it... Even though it’s hard to prove who’s actually responsible. I think my dealer who is specialized in fixing my cars model would not make such rookie mistakes.

Went to have one tire replaced. Took them 2 hours to even get in the bay. Once my car was in the bay it took the guy 30 minutes to take the tire off because he was talking and laughing with co-workers. Also on his phone. Waited another 30 minutes and the tire still wasnt put on. So it was in the bay for an hour before anything was done with it. Finally talked to the manager and she went out and got up their asses. Job was done 10 minutes later. If you take your car there be prepared to get frustrated because obviously ttheir social life is more important than their jobs.

Asst. Mgr Chris is top notch. Up to speed on every vehicle in the bays, hands on and customer service was excellent.

This location never seems to answer the phone which is frustrating when you need to check the status of your vehicle. They took 5 hours to plug and mount a tire (after giving me an estimate of 2 hours).

Over 4 hour wait for an oil change and bulb replacement. They broke the molding around my headlight & didnt even tell me. Going there is a huge mistake.

Literally called the store 3 times in a row and each time someone answered and then hung up the phone. Ill take my business elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

Terrible service. Had my tire repaired and they wouldnt take 5 minutes to put the tire back on since I did not leave my car. Im not sitting around Walmart for 5 hours waiting for them to plug the tire.

Came up on search for virginia state inspection but when I called they said they dont do them. Please update the indexing for this location.

Dude an oil change took over two hours when they said 45 min...everyone just stands around and theres only like one person working...go elsewhere

Waited forever to get my tire put on. All the employees were just standing around talking and joking around. And the cost was more than they told me it was on the phone.
