The guy installing my device was very nice. But he was the only one at the shop. I had a 230 appointment for install. I didn’t leave until 730. He did probably 10 calibrations while working on my car. And the best part was this wasn’t even his regular location. He handled all the customers with respect no matter how busy he was. That’s what got me to do 3 stars versus 1 star. So if you know you are going to be short handed then don’t schedule so many calibrations. Other than that price was fair and device is pretty easy to use.

Bryan, the technician who worked on my vehicle, was the epitome of the expression a gentleman and a scholar! He was truly a pleasure to communicate with and was incredibly knowledgeable. The install did run a little long as he was the only one there and had to do calibrations as well whenever they came in. But he was dilligent in taking care of my vehicle and setting everything up.

Very knowledgeable and professional, installer went over everything and was very thorough in showing me how the system works.
