I came in this morning around 7:30 before heading to work to have a tire replaced and within being there for 15-20 minutes if that, I was back on the road. Quick and professional service, definitely will be coming back if I need more tires.

I had a friend accidentally put windshield washer fluid in the coolant reservoir and I realized it 2 hours into a 7 hour trip. James and Josh were super helpful and provided great customer service! They worked quickly to get us back on the road and kept us updated as they worked. Great experience!!

The manager James there is super friendly, and super honest. He showed me all the parts in the tires that made it so I needed one ones, which made me feel better because I know some places probably wouldnt even look and just do it for the money. He also helped me decide what tires would be my best option, going over the specs and answering my questions. Additionally, my phone died while I was over there and he let me borrow a charger while my car got worked on which I thought showed how much he goes out of his way to help. Awesome place!

We were driving out of town on our summer vacation and the tire started making noise. Pulled off in Fredericksburg at Mr. tire. They fixed everything aligned and balanced us On a Sunday afternoon. They did a great job and got us back on the road In a little over two hours. These guys are highly efficient and we much appreciated their customer service.

Paid a $125 for an alignment that now makes my car pull very heavily to the right while Im driving. It wasnt doing that before I went to this establishment. Since I have a job traveling Im not at all pleased with what has been done to my car. I will definitely never go there again. The only reason I am giving it three stars was because the gentleman who assisted me was very pleasant.

Very nice on the phone when I had questions about getting a tire. The gentleman in the shop, I think his name was James, was SUPER friendly and let me know about everything going on when they changed out my tire. Prices arent bad either.

When other tire stores in the area turned us away before the the last snow storm here in Fredericksburg because they wanted to close their doors and go home, the service manager at Mr. Tire took care of us. They provided us a great service with four new tires and aligned our front end which was greatly needed. I definitely recommend shopping here. They will take care of you right and not give you the run around. Two thumbs up!

Stopped in on my way home from work to get advice on upgrading tires for a 91 dodge pick up. Wasnt sure they would have time to get to me before they closed after getting advice and said I could come back another time. Great service from this shop and great people. I was on a road trip from Ohio to North Carolina and my tire light came on. I pulled over and realized that it looked like there was metal pieces in the rear tire, and I called the shop and they were able to get me in immediately. So I could get back on the road they took me right away. Here the metal piece didnt go into the tire but they also noticed my tires were overpressure. They saved my day by checking the tires and fixing the air amount, and getting it in so quick. They fixed my tire and I was on my way. Thank you guys.

James Nguyen was absolutely superior! I stopped in for a Emergency Repair and he made the best of my situation. Was very knowledgeable and more then fair. not to mention his servicing time was excellent. I was in and out within the hour. I was blown away by the level of customer service Josh provided. I had a pop up camper I sold on the internet and the guy was driving all the way from NC to get it. At the last minute, I realized that the tires were dry rotted on the sidewalls and were not safe for him to drive back, but he was already on the way. It was the day before Thanksgiving and I was turned away by several other places that said they could not get the tires until after the holiday. Josh made a call to his warehouse and said he could get the tires around 3 pm on the same day. He called at 1pm and said he had them. We had the tires mounted and the guy was on his way back home and I felt better knowing it would be safely. Thanks again Josh for you outstanding customer service! Well done!

I dropped off my Nissan Pathfinder at 1245pm. At 350pm I received a call from them saying it was finished. I told them that I wasn’t in a hurry and they still out me in and out. Very Impressed with their work!

I drove from Hampton Va to Fredericksburg and got a nail in my tire on the highway. I called multiple places to try and get it fixed they all said their technicians are busy busy i’m like man i just need a quick plug a can get to DC. i came into Mr.Tire auto service and the manager was extremely helpful and quick with helping me resolve the issue. i got back on the road within 45 minutes. i greatly appreciate their honesty and service. Mr Tire at this location works with the highest level of integrity!They performed diagnostics on my daughters 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee, to identify why her interior AC/Heat fan was not running. Mr Tire offered to apply their $ 100 diagnostic fee towards any repair costs. Diagnostics indicated the resistor in the fan system might be bad. They installed the new resistor and it did not solve the fan problem. They did not charge me for the $290 repair costs!!! They referred me to the Jeep dealer, consenting the problem was outside their discipline of preventive care and possibly the problem is with the HVAC control module and required Jeeps more intensive diagnostics.If youre looking for HONEST, professional preventive care, I highly recommend Mr Tire @ this location.

Why 5 stars? Customer service! For example, while waiting today, a young mother came in. She had 3 young kids and was in a rental headed to VA Beach. Engine light and oil warnings came on. She didnt know what to do and had trouble getting hold of the rental company. These guys took a look at it for her, easy quick fix. Told her to have a nice trip and and didnt charge her. She was very thankful and they explained everything to her. They could have easily made her pay but they were quick to see she was already stressed, being a Mom with 3 kids, pending long drive, far from home, and facing lots of I95 traffic. This was a place, a person, helping. Very impressive and glad I brought my car to this place. I highly recomend them.

After having 2 no shows, I had a reliable tow company coming to get me so I called to let James know I was going to be towed to his shop due to a flat tire & although he closes at 6pm, he stayed open late so I could get my tire changed. We arrived around 6:15pm & I was out the door by 6:30pm... my day was saved! I would highly recommend Mr. Tire!

Ive only been to this shop once, but that was enough to cause me to praise Mr. Tire - particularly Larry. I bought a used Mercedes that failed VA inspection requiring 2 rear tires and wipers. The car was under warranty and Mr. Tire happened to be an in-network facility -- otherwise, I never would have considered going there. Larry worked with the warranty company to approve 2 Yokohama tires, 2 wiper blades AND AN ALIGNMENT! Understandably, the warranty company wanted to opt for less expensive tires, but Larry made sure I was represented well.I typically order tires online, but will consider supporting this shop in the future to make sure they stay around.

These guys are total professionals. Quick service, extremely personable and professional. Larry was extremely helpful and friendly, and went out of his way to help things go as smoothly as possible. This was my first visit here, but it certainly won’t be my last. I definitely recommend this Mr. Tire for state inspections, tires, brakes, or really anything else you may need for your car.

I made an appointment to get my tire patched because it had a slow leak and the service was great. I was in and out quickly and I loved being able to make an appointment online. This was my first time using this center but I will continue to go back to them for my future needs.

Stopped by in middle of trip because brakes were smoking. James told me he would get me on the road tonight to finish the trip. And that is exactly what he did-he really cared for a stuck motorist. Great Service!

I called yesterday needing 4 new tires for Mustang GT. They told me they could get the tires after 2pm. I arrived about 2:30 pm and left with 4 brand new tires on my car! Quick, professional, awesome service! I will only be doing business with them from now on! Best price in the area!

I came in on Saturday after my tire light came on and they had me come back today so they’d have time to order the part I needed. Wait time is very little and all the staff are extremely nice, knowledgeable and seem to really care about helping out their customers with whatever they need. I know next to nothing about cars so I asked a lot of questions but Dean was really patient and helped me out a lot with getting my tire patched and replacing 2 of my sensors. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!!

I came in for an inspection after going to several other places that couldnt accommodate. They walked me through the items of concern and corrective actions that could be taken. They changed out my brakes and rotors and kept me updated. Personnel were great. Highly recommend.

Edited: These guy and the new store manager were amazing. At last minute they took my car in and fixed all 4 of my tires even though I only had one flat, all my tires were going bad. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Very reasonable price for brand new tires. As a first time customer they gave me a discount. Very satisfied with the customer service, labor time and getting my car back. They even mentioned a hazard and even though I couldn’t afford to fix it, glad they mentioned it to me. I would recommend this place.

Took my car in to get a tire repaired, was told they could not fix my tire because the rim was dented, therefor I needed to purchase a new rim. upon a guided inspection they personally showed me what was needed to get my car back on the streets like a oil leak that i was unaware of and my control arms being worn and needing to be replaced. At the end of the day they were very informative and helpful and they did not expect me to pay for the inspection. A+ customer service.
