If you have a foreign vehicle in the Fredericksburg area you need to keep these guys on speed dial. The owner Sam is a good guy, got me out of a huge jam for a good price.

Frankly; I was hesitant at first when I took my Mercedes 2015 SUV to this shop. The owner Sam surprised me with his super knowledge about the Mercedes cars and the timely manner he fixed my car. I visited his shop unannounced and I was shocked to see Sam and his mechanics working diligently on my car. When I picked it up; the car never drove any better and my bill was 1/3 of what the dealership in Fredericksburg wanted. I ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR THEIR EXPERTISE; THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND ABOVE ALL THEIR PRICES...

Worst experience ever. Dropped my car on Wednesday for fixing my 4x4 light, Sam (the owner) quoted me $279 and told me car will be ready by Saturday. I kept on calling and stopping by at location but every time I went or called he was not there. Then finally I was able to get him a week later. He said he worked on the car but light is still there so if I want to really fix it, he will need $1500 more. I asked him not to worry about it and give me the car back. He showed me a bill of $435 to pay. I was shocked that how come he changed the price from $279 to $435 even when car is not fixed, light is still there. He started lying that he never quoted $279 and cant do any thing about it. After half an hour conversation and requests he still charged me $402.I have heard same kind of experience from another fellow. Sam made him pay 4 times of initial quote and since he was not able to pay that big amount on time, he charged him extra for storage.Please stay away from this shop/dealership.
