I Went in with a hopes in getting signs quickly Two different people took my information I asked if they could email me a proof I got a sure no problem never got anything from them again . I was part of a committee looking for an entrance sign for a new subdivision in Spotsylvania. Of the three companies we contacted, FastSigns was by far the most responsive and accommodating. Although our project was small and simple, Ramon always made us feel comfortable when we asked for information, compared products and requested to see samples in a variety of color, sizes and shapes. He came to our site and made good recommendations for us to consider. We ended up purchasing two signs for both sides of the entrance. They look great. We are very pleased with the quality and the design, and the price was reasonable. I would strongly recommend FastSigns to others.

I have been a client of Fast Signs They were great! They were... Their current staff dropped the ball completely on my products. They take your money up front. I should have known better when during my first visit a lady burst in through the door noticeably upset. Her comment whats going on guys worried me. I let it go because I had been a customer for many years. They are very pleasant on the phone, and pleasant in person. Whole lotta talk and not much action. After 2 months of hearing excuses and promised arrival dates that came and went (at least 4), I demanded my money back. A process I expected to take less than 2 weeks as a business owner in need, took more than 3 months. It would have coninued in that manner had I not stopped it. Fast Signs, is a good company overall (I believe). Fast Signs Fredericksburg... dont give them your money up front. Insist on half now and the balance upon completion, like most other advertising companies. I think that might motivate them to get some work done. I dont necessarily blame the 2 guys running the day to day operations. I blame the slum lord franchise owner for letting it happen. This franchise wont last long under current management and help. They do nice work... when they do it.

This has to be the worst company on the planet. They have had our order and cashed the deposit months ago and i still have no signs. They have the sign in the store and just dont know when it will get installed. Do yourself a favor and use a company that actually gets the job done.
