4.5 is more appropriate. On customer service 5 stars hands down. 5 stars on price for value to vehicle. They are true to their friendly family run business easy to work with no hard sale hassle free transaction. They do their research so you can be confident you are getting a good used vehicle. I just purchased a 2014 Ram 2500 and I could not be more pleased after doing a cross continent move pulling a trailer. I needed a good truck and they had it so I appreciated the opportunity to do business with them to meet my needs at the time. They went out of their way to help make this deal happens seemlessly. My only direct and candid feedback and why I dont give them an overall 5 stars is while running a small business is hard I think they could goa little further and have the car ready to go inside and out on my test drive the change oil light was on...this is a minor detail but one that obviously is easy to address prior to putting it on the lot. My truck also had two non safety related factory recalls that I found out when I took it a dealership to have the oil changed. Again these are simple things that could have been done easily before dropping the car in the lot. It didnt cost me anything and the dealer addressed the recalls for free. Again these were all minor details but things that I as the owner of a new used vehicle should be able to buy without hesitation that those things have been looked over and addressed. I would do business with them again and highly recommend you do as well.I believe they are forthright and honest to deal with.

Bought my first car ever here only to find out that it was falling apart the second day with dash lights on like Christmas. Would not recommend to anyone, and if you buy please bring a mechanic to check it out firstEDIT: and to add since they want to lie I have all the pictures of all the lights on and all the equipment that didn’t not work or was “up to par” and to top it off I had the car for 1 Sunday and 2 business days well within the contracts documented return date
