First time at this wonderful dealership and Mr. Rick was amazing. Very easy going, and wasnt pushy at all we went over all of the paperwork together and all of my questions were answered. Unfortunately he is retiring from the car business but I am glad that I got the chance to meet him because he cares about his customers. I had an issue with the codes in my new car and he not only sent me to the dealership to resolve the issue at no cost but Mr. Rick called ahead to let them know I was coming and to be expecting me. I am a satisfied customer!!!!

I bought my second car from Rick last week. The experience and quality from the first one, which I’m still driving, was all I needed to go back when I needed a second car. Turns out the second one has an issue with the headlights. When I told Rick about it he set me up with his mechanic and is taking care of it when he doesn’t even have to. I will always recommend Heritage Auto Sales as the best place to purchase a used car!

I bought a 2004 dodge intrepid off of you 6 years ago. People where great. Car was awesome however i am in the market again. Went to a dealer and was told I was a 1st time buyer that the bank you used did NOT report to any credit bureau. The main reason I bought from you is i was told you reported to 3 by one of your salesman. I wanted to build my credit which is what I told your salesman. After great service with a good car and now no damn car buying history

I was referred to Rick Heritage by a neighbor that I had known for 15+ years when I was suddenly widowed and left alone to raise my 2 young teens alone. As my late husband was the one who always bought our cars I was literally terrified of buying a used car from a small dealer. I was so worried about getting a lemon and having breakdowns on the road with one of my kids in the car. Embarrassingly, all I knew about cars at the time was how to get gas and drive! I went to the owner Rick and explained my situationThat I absolutely had to have a mechanically safe car, that I didnt care about looks. I even had a few small credit issues. Not only did Rick sell me a car that day, he also got me financed and convinced me to buy gap insurance which I had never done and knew nothing about until that day! I bought a 2008 Toyota from Rick and his son and true to his word I drove that car for several years and never ever had a problem. Did nothing but change oil, and bought new tires once. It actually lasted me until one of my kids was old enough to drive and she drove that thing like it was free and right into the ground lol. And! When she had an accident like young drivers do sometimes I did need that GAP insurance! Without it I would have had to make car payments for quite awhile until the loan was paid off as the insurance co. totaled it out. I doubt Rick even remembers me, but I always recommend his dealership when I hear a story similar to mine. I trust them so much Ive even been trying to talk my son into going there as he is in need of a new used carAnd thats my child no matter how old he is now and thats trust! Extremely late with my review, but i came to finance a car here with a friend in 2014 car still working AMAZING no major work done at all besides normal break changing and oil changes! i am now in the process of BUYING a used car and they will definitely be my first go to . AWESOME service and i never ever write reviews but they deserve some great recognition!!
BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. The 1st time I bought I was in a serious dilemma. I had desire, job and money to buy but low credit. The entire team worked hassle free to get me in a car that day. They not only walked me through EVERY phase, they explained in a no pressure way why I should or shouldnt add it to the purchase. Then when I met Rick, dad, I instantly had a friend. Unfortunately I need to buy another car after a bad accident and the ONLY PERSON I called was Rick. 2nd time around even better experience and even better car. LOVE LOVE MY LEXUS.

Staff wasnt very knowledgeable. The web prices are different if you finance. They offer financing through a third party, but when asked how that process would work the salesmen couldnt explain it.
Parents received a car from them and the process was nothing but great convenient and friendly, they are great people to work with, and will get more cars from them.
Made the mistake of buying a car here years ago. It was my first car buying experience as a fresh adult and they made sure to do everything they could to rip me off.For starters I did not make enough to qualify for the financing. The sales person just said hed fake the numbers to make it look like I made more, and that it wasnt a big deal.Once everything was said and the deal was done I noticed a few extra sheets of paper stapled to my paperwork that had not originally been there. On them they detailed a bunch of extras and the costs next to them.They charged me a few hundred for having a spoiler, which was stock to the car and standard. The car was never offered without one from factory.They charged me extra for having a radio... the stock radio.They added a few hundred for it having alloy rims... which was another standard for the car, the rims were factory original and were never offered in anything other than alloy.They charged me for it having tinted windows. When asked if the tint was legal they said yes... the police officer that pulled me over begged to differ.I went back to confront them on all the fraudulent additions they tacked on. The sales person told me I was out of luck and there wasnt a thing I could do, then told me to leave. Saw the same guy a few years later. He recognized me and just laughed with a dumb looking grin on his face.In the years since then I have ended up working in the automotive industry, and have worked at few well known dealerships in this area. Some honest, some crooked as hell, but when it comes to flat out screwing you over, this place takes 1st place.One thing to know about most of the small dealerships in the area is that the majority of their inventory is bought at Manheim Auto Auction (a large scale dealer-only auction in Stafford), where I also worked for several years. This dealership is one of the many that buy there. Not all cars at Manheim are lemons (they sell from salvage cars up to exotics), but these small dealerships make a habit of looking for the cheapest cars they can find that look good on the outside.On auction day there are hundreds of people there, bidding on cars they have never tested. For a while I was a driver there, driving cars through the auction. Dealers dont really check the car at all. Most of the time they would simply ask me Did it start or drive ok? and make their bids off that... keep in mind I would have been in the car less than 5 minutes and have driven it 1/8th of a mile at 5mph, and I am not a mechanic.Once bought, they are run through a quick detail and are sold to you with whatever problems landed it there in the first place.Cars that a dealer cant sell, or that gives them to mich trouble end right back there and they hope some other sucker will take their problem off their hands.Do your research properly before buying a car. Find a trustworthy mechanic to check out a car before you buy it and shop around.In all honesty though you will have much better luck buying a car from a private seller than one of these small dealerships that claim to finance anyone. From working at some of them and speaking with the salespeople, I have been told that usually they make more money based off the more you are forced to finance. They hated when people would pay cash or finance a small amount, because they would earn less off the sale. So it was in their best interest to finance you as much as possible, even of they know you cant afford it. If it is repod you lose out, not them.Buyer beware. And avoid this trashy dealership at all costs.
This is the place to go to get a vehichle RICK and his son can get you financed we went to several dealerships and got the run around went to Heritage auto sales and in 15 mins we were financed and got our vehichle right there on the spot RICK even went out of his way to help us getting the down payment and monthly payment we wanted.so if you want a nice vehicle go and see RICK and his son and staff they are awesome.....THANK YOU RICK AARON for the excellent customer service ....
