About a year ago I was lucky enough to come across these guys. I needed a car to convert it for track use and saw good BMW at Interstate Auto Finance. Went there and looked at it and it was good deal.I have only one problem here. The car is so good that I didnt had guts to rip it apart and convert to full track car. I purchased my Audi A6 from Interstate Auto seven months ago. My six month warranty expired last month but the car still runs perfectly fine. People working in this dealership from salesmen to finance manager are very friendly and helpful. No pressure at all. They listen and care genuinely about their customers as they want to earn a business not only for one particular vehicle but loyal customer for life. At first I was skeptical because of the low prices but this is how they compete online by offering significantly fair price. By far the only Used car dealership that puts customers first during my car search in the past 2 months. Photos match with the current condition of the car. Many dealerships have beautiful pictures but doesn’t match when you see in person. Most of cars come with warranty. Best cash prices in the whole DMV area. Excellent customer service. All my emails and phone calls were answered promptly. It is very hard to come across honest dealership that would take care of you and sell quality cars. We bought a used car ($5999) for my daughter. Obviously, the car was sold with VA State Inspection, but since we live in Maryland, we also had to get the car inspected in that state. The Maryland State Inspection is apparently one of two most difficult inspections to pass in the US. The car passed all 60-100+ items except for 2 for which the place where I had the inspection done wanted to charge me $900. I had my daughter take the car back to Interstate auto finance hoping they would agree to fix these 2 items for free. I was pleasantly surprised. I am extremely appreciative of that. The mechanic Taryk had to order parts and called us to tell us when they were ready. He is the best. Excellent customer service. Thanks! Thanks! Great staff!

Very personable and reasonable people. Just completed a purchase with them. They were helpful transporting the car to an independent mechanic of my choice for a pre purchase inspection.Next was time to negotiate a price. Instead of a bunch of back and forth, I gave what I thought was a great price, they returned with a good to great price and we called it done.Car was freshly cleaned and vacuumed when I picked it up. They didnt have time to gas it up (my fault, I was in a hurry and the time from making an agreement and me picking it up was almost zero.) But, they offered me a few bucks cash to make up for it.Almost makes me wish we lived closer or were in the market for something else.

They sold me a frame rusted vehicle that they had spray painted over. It lasted less than two months before it the skid plate fell off the frame. Then when I called to ask if they would do anything I was pretty much told it wasn’t their problem anymore. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy to buy a car from.

We bought a used vehicle from here. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and It had a rusted out frame from the inside out, rusted out body mounts and a whole list of safety stuff that should of NEVER passed inspection. These car sales from here are as is and I understand that, but theres no way it should of passed inspection with the amount of safety stuff wrong with it. The inspection was done in October and there is no way it could of accumulated that much rust in 4 months. If you buy from here be VERY cautious. We got screwed and ended up having to put $2,400 worth of work into it to make the vehicle safe to drive. Nobody here was very helpful in making the situation right. Every time we called they would make up an excuse just to get out of the conversation. That is not how you run a business. I am very unsatisfied with the service from this dealer.

Don’t buy your car here. I bought a 06 LGT Spec B (326 of 500 made) it broke down after 2 weeks. Manu said he would show me the car fax and never did. He lied about it only having one previous owner. Also, there were some things that were broken and he didn’t mention them to me and put the broken items in the trunk after paying for it.

While I had seen many trucks at other dealerships, the conditions were poor. I dont understand why these other dealerships pick up poor quality vehicles, but thats not what I found here. Was told i was approved for car and drove away with the car and a month later was told i didnt get approved and they wanted more money down. Took the car back and asked for a refund on my down payment and they wouldnt do it. Started talking to manu about getting a cheaper car and we came to agreement and he stopped replying.

Alvi (one of the car salesman) came out and spoke with us, and I told him my situation and he sat down with the both of us, and worked out a resonable payment plan that I could work with, and having to do this on my own, I had to be sure I could afford the payments. I came into Interstate Auto Finance thinking it would be like every other dealership in the area, but I was very wrong. As soon as we entered we were greeted and helped immediately and asked what we wanted. We were greeted by Manu, owner and a very friendly man, with a laid back attitude yet still professional. He ultimately made the car buying process a lot easier and much more enjoyable than previous dealerships that we have visited around the area. After meeting Manuand telling him what we were looking for, he let us test drive the 2011 Honda Civic. He would explain some of the best features of the car and showed us how they worked, instead of just saying the car has said features. By doing so, I felt more comfortable and much more knowledgeable about the car I was considering buying. After the fun test drive, we had to start talking numbers and getting the best deal. As anyone who has bought a car before, we know that the price conversation is the worst part, but I can honestly say that Manu made this process fun and exciting. He wanted to get us the best deal and understood where we were coming from. He took our offer into consideration and really helped us to get the best price. Rough cars

My husband and I drove two hours to see a vehicle we were told had no rust only to find doors ate up with rust. The vehicle interior was dirty and looked like it had been driven straight from auto auction to car lot. Will never visit this lot again.
