I was so impressed with the associate that assisted with the replacement of a new back for my sons phone, placement of a new screen with no bubbles, and super cool case. He went above and beyond to take care of me, was exceptionally polite and knowledgeable in his field, not to mention efficient and appeared to love his job, I was at this location on Tuesday am 8/03/2021. They fixed my phone screen for $120 but damaged my SIM card tray during repair and wouldnt take adequate accountability for it (did not smoothly come out from my phone so I could check my SD card because my apps and photos were missing when they gave my phone back to me). Noticed something was off when I picked up my phone, mentioned it to the technician who brushed it off and didnt write it up in their notes. When I called about the SIM card tray damage, they tried to gaslight me and tell me that I must have done the damage even though I mentioned it in the store at pick up, but theyd get me a new SIM card tray for $10, which doesnt fix the fact that the broken piece is stuck in my phone so a new SIM card tray wouldnt fit anyway.They care more about their bottom line than actual customer service. 10/10 dont recommend because theyll charge YOU to fix THEIR mistakes.UPDATE: If the device had been taken care of properly in-store, removing the SIM card tray to check for my SD would have been smooth, rather than feeling like it was stuck in the phone, which isnt a user error its a repair error. You tried to GASLIGHT me, yet now you have the time to write up emaculate records.

Josh was very helpful, took his time to explain the repair and answer my questions without disdain. The repair was quick, on-time and for the price they quoted. Hopefully I wont need repair again soon but they will get my business if I do.

The guy was nice, it didnt take long, but Im not sure if it was assurant not doing things right but the back of my phone is still broken and I was not told it would not get fixed prior to dropping it off. If I had known that I wouldnt have left it but resubmitted my claim to get my phone fully fixed.

IPhone 11 screen replacement, worked for three days then went bad, paid extra for a screen protector to guarantee and warranty.Sorry don’t honor the warranty we think you did something to the screen.Learned my lesson with this business, I hope you don’t have to learn yours the hard way as well.4-12-21,I have read your response to below and find it somewhat odd, when I spoke with the associate I told him I would pay the labor, but not for the part, he said no, not me. The replacement screen was another $160, but offered to replace the screen protector for $10.

Awesome experience! From the first phone inquiry to the final pick-up. Honest and upfront about work on two tablets plus issues that could arise while fixing the screens and a light in the back. Very helpful & friendly. Quick turnaround time for repairs & they had to order 2 parts too. Dropped off on Saturday & picked it uo on Wednesday morning. So far so good after these 1st 4 days of having it back. I needed the charging port replaced & a new volume button. My phone is a Motorola Moto G4 which is an older generation phone but they where able to get the parts & do the repair. Overall cost was $100 which seemed reasonable to me.

I came to this location with a pretty badly broken phone on a holiday weekend. They were very patient with me and did a great job getting what I needed and getting it going again in a short amount of time. I hope I don’t need to have my phone repaired again but if I do they will certainly be my first call. Joshua was great!

Alfredo was super nice and answered all of my questions when it came to replacing my fiances phone screen. He had accidentally cracked his screen along with the display and we were looking to get it fixed immediately on the same day. Luckily, I called CPR and Alfredo was prompt and very transparent when it came to quoting the cost, time estimate, and everything. He was super professional. The price was not so bad either, considering we also got an add on for a screen protector and lifetime warranty. Would recommend to anyone looking to get their phone repaired, you can trust this business!

If I could rate no star I would. I was in need of a glass over the camera repair. I called in 4:51pm May 26th to inquire how much it would be. A gentleman asked some questions, got the phone model and preceded with a quote of $49.95($50). I was good with that. They would have to order the part, so I asked if I could send a picture of the phone so hed see what was needed, he said it would be best to just bring it in that way they would be sure and 50% was needed to place order. Even that I had no problem with, what I do have a problem with is the company not taking responsibility for what their employees do. I called back in today May 27th just to confirm before coming there and was told Im sorry I dont know who would have said that. We dont have any log off your call and We cant honor not confirm what was quoted. I have the date and time stamp of when I called in and how long the call was. My thing is, whoever works at the establishment represents the establishment. When they speak, they speak as the establishment. If its incorrect info.. NOT MY ISSUE, honor what was quoted and take it up with the employees to make sure they are all doing the same. So needless to say potential CUSTOMER LOST ☹️

Alfredo and josh took great care of me before the holidays this year.I was in a position where my phone charging port broke a week before I was getting a new phone. My screen was also very cracked and I explained to them I only needed the phone to work for me to transfer my information to my new phone.I was so thankful and happy when these guys tried there very best to get this charging port fixed WITHOUT making me pay the 89.99$ for a new phone screen aswell. (Another shop may just tell you that you’re screwed and make you pay both.)But these guys are honest and helped out immensely and I am so thankful there is honest companies still!Thanks a lot again cell phone repair !

Dropped my PS4 slim console yesterday morning at 11:07 am for a deep clean to remove dust from the vents because the fan was clogged. When i called the man working said it would take no longer then 3 hours and i could pick it up that same day. I said ok thats fine and waited. The next day i woke up and still had received no call about my system but i waited until 3 to call and they said they had gotten really busy and it hasn’t been touched. I dont know maybe dont tell ur customers a time and dont put the effort in to get it done on time???? WORDS OF ADVICE TO ANY STREAMERS OUT THERE DON’T BRING UR CONSOLE HERE BIG WAIST OF TIME.
