I went in today to this particular location because I had experienced problems with my Android phone and the customer service person was very polite and suggested maybe that I should upgrade to an iPhone but made it very clear that he was not pushing the iPhone on me he just felt it was better software. I really appreciated that because he didnt try to push a sale on me and let me look around at my leisure. I had no complaints about my visit this day
Cheryl was very diligent and helpful when I came to her store in Fredericksburg. She took her time to ensure my needs were addressed. She should be considered a valued and essential part of the Cricket team.

Horrible store with unprofessional, aggressive, and uninformed employees! 11/4/17I cant emphasize enough what an absolutely horrible business this is. My boyfriend purchased a cricket phone to be delivered to our home, but when it arrived the phone was locked and we could not activate it. After calling the cricket phone number provided to us on the packaging, they told us their system was down and the only way to activate the phone was to go into a cricket retailer.When we arrived one person came to help while the other 2 employees stood around talking to a young woman who didnt work there (one of their friends). That did not really bother me much except the person who was helping us didnt know what he was doing and the other two were too distracted with their friend to assist him. The friend seemed as if she used to work there and had been fired because she was very loudly saying how shed still be working with them if she wasnt such an a****** and the manager didnt hate her.Once the friend and a male employee left, the other employee (a woman) seemed to be much more friendly towards us. The process they put us through was extremely slow and we were there for over an hour, neither employee seemed to have any idea what they were doing. Eventually they activated the phone, but then said because of a clerical error on their part that we needed to pay them another $10, and that we were not going to get the bundle we had signed up for. They then said they would give us an ever better bundle, but big surprise it couldnt be verified. Later that evening we found out they lied to us and gave us a HORRIBLE deal.At this point the employee who had left for his break came back and became extremely aggressive and overly involved. While we were still trying to fix the service issues he continuously pushed us to try and buy other products (Id at least like to get the first cricket product working before investing in more) then became upset when we werent interested. He then proceeded to say how it was entirely our fault for the problem with the service and phone and they didnt need to do anything to help. He then continued to berate us, yelling and accusing us of all kinds of things. At this point the employee who had initially acted as if he would help us even though he had no idea what he was doing (his name was Raqil or Hajil) then also got it in his head to start behaving like a child throwing a temper tantrum, deciding he was done helping us and the two began yelling at us to leave. The employee who had initiated this behavior was wearing a lanyard but did not have a name tag in it, and his clothing was filthy.Overall it was a horrible experience and HIGHLY recommend avoiding this store at all costs.
