My husband and I went in last Sunday to switch our service. Keith assisted us. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He knew I had to leave for an appointment and he made sure to take care of us quickly. The other staff in the store were very courteous as well. I would recommend this store.

Ernesto is absolutely anything but helpful, but with a bonus of rude and disrespectful. Zero clue how this guy miraculously made it to management. Brought documentation from T-Mobile corporate support saying exactly what needed to be done, but he completely disregards it and says nothing he can do.He didnt take enough information so that Id get a survey to give him a zero (convenient right?).Will definitely be sharing this situation with T-Mobile Corporate.Go to a different location! Dont waste your time.

Shane is awesome to deal with! Super helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the products and services offered.Edit: After a follow-up visit a few days later to get my new phone activated Im downgrading my score for this store to just 2 stars, and I feel that might even be overly generous. I dont much appreciate being rudely told to wait outside or told to go wait in the vehicle I came in. Im elderly, Im handicapped, and it was over 80 degrees outside. Yes, I know theres limitations due to Covid, but I was there, precisely on time for my appointment. Some kind of accommodation has to be made for disabled people besides telling them to get out. The person telling me to get out never even bothered to see that I had an appointment, ask what car I would be in, or even find out that they could not call me to come in since my phone was not activated yet. Just, get out and go sit in whatever brought you here if you cant take the heat. Makes me wonder how they planned to find me. As it was I waited outside 20 minutes past my appointment time then went inside and spoke with someone I assume was the manager. Even then it was still a 10-15 minute wait standing by the door (the benches are too low for me to get up off of without assistance and I did not want to be touched due to Covid concerns). I really dont understand why they bother with appointments at all since they dont honor them. Im seriously considering a switch to a different carrier.

Recently switched to Samsung from Apple at this location. The store was spotlessly clean, watched as customer spaces were sanitized several times during my visit, and was treated to the best customer service possible by Annette! She answered all of my questions and concerns and went above and beyond. She even called a couple days after to make sure my phone had transfered all of my data. A+ service and attitudes at this location!

I stopped in today to help my mother look for a new phone. Upon entering the store, a very unfriendly associate promptly informed us that we werent welcome to browse; If we were going to be in the store at all, we needed to be assigned a sales associate and be looking to buy something. How is a person supposed to make a buying decision if one isnt permitted to browse? Needless to say, this experience has thoroughly convinced us to never consider T-Mobile as our wireless provider.

Outstanding customer service! I worked with Dimas, He never tried to upsell me which was a huge plus! I purchased an Otterbox for my work phone. While I waited he fixed my phone storage problem as I was having issues transferring data to a my SD card. He set up my phone camera to automatically save photos to the SD card.

I went to pay my bill. The fat guy refused to let me in because I had a bandana covering my nose and mouth. This is not too good of customer service. I was still in compliance with the law with the bandana to conduct business and felt like I was unwelcome. I have never had issues at other places of business.

My wife visited this store to get assistance with an upgraded phone. She was met with very poor customer service from a staff member named Demas. Mr. Demas was condescending, and offered no solutions to her request for assistance. My wife called me upset, so I called the store to report the poor service. The person I spoke to didnt once apologize for the behavior, he defended it. This is not level of service we have experienced in the past.

My wife set up a return to this store from wilmington nc store. I went in and they decided they were going to still charge a restocking fee even though it had been told to is that would not be the case. The associate frank I was dealing with was very polite but the manger acted like he could care less and even while we were in the middle of calling other store to resolve the issue the manage got lunch and I never seen him again. I was told he said doesnt matter what the other store said the restocking fee would apply. I went to the mall tmobile store right down the road and they returned with no problem and were totally awesome. I will never do business at this store again.

Cant say Im impressed with this location. The manager Ernesto has been rude/irritated in dealing with issues. I informed him I felt he was rude. He did apologize although he said he felt we had a fine interaction; thats a little concerning in its own right. Dont recommend tmobile in Fredericksburg as I had virtually no service to include all around Central Park.

We just switched from AT&T - had 3 phones to port over, and 1 new phone and line to add. The employee who helped us was efficient, explained everything he was doing, and all additional options, and was very professional. Only 2 employees while we were there, but the other customers who came in after us were acknowledged right away and taken care of after a reasonable wait time. Better service than I ever got from an Apple store or an AT&T store. Very pleasant experience.

This T-Mobile was on point. The one employee whos been at this store for 11years is a valuable employee to T-Mobile, hes not only kind an curtious an always using hand sanitizer and wearing his mask but this young man knows his phones,an the business. He took the time to do what the T-Mobile manager in Clearwater FL wouldnt do an helped me alot. So I want to thank mr..dimas f. For taking the time to help me. Cant say how much this stores customer service was on point. Hakeem welcomed me as soon as I stepped in. Ran by him everything what I was looking for and lined up all my options for me. I went in looking for a very basic phone for my daughter and what I needed to be able to do, he gave me all the details and the most affordable way to go about it. Even Janet and the other sales agent also chimed in on with suggestions. The store didnt have the color I wanted for the Note 8, he called the Spotsylvania Mall to check their inventory and went himself to pick it up. The process to get 3 phones was painless and the easiest upgrade Ive ever done in my 10yrs with T-Mobile. You cant go wrong with any of the sales agent at this location...they put the customer first and are very helpful. Customer service is definitely their top priority. Thank you so much Hakeem! And for the follow up phone call to check everything was working well with all the phones.

Very nice and helpful staff and very honest remember the staff doesnt control the coverage or prices! We was welcomed when my bf and I walked in and helped right away. We was going to be new customers but sadly we misunderstood the buy one get one free of the Samsung note 10 and couldnt afford the down payments of both. Also staff informed us no coverage at his house would be available so not good cell service, also my boyfriend is a truck driver so coverage wouldnt be great either but the staff was very honest about it so we feel bad for walking off out of the store. I am reviewing the store not the full company. If you have issues the staff was really helpful and honest. Sadly my bf and I have to find better coverage for his truck driving career as he drives all over from different states a day. I do feel bad we had to walk away the employees was wonderful.

T-mobile Cell cover in the area was fine. Nothing will ever compete with Verizon or AT&T. The sales staff were clearly more focused on getting your money than being friendly. You would think that would go hand-in-hand. Just go through the website or call if you need any T-Mobile help.

Seems most people only leave reviews after bad experiences..however I had a good experience at the T-mobile store in Fredericksburg. A sales/service rep named Ana took the time to really explain all of my options in a great amount of detail. I learned quite a bit about how cellular service companies really work...as she was incredibly knowledgeable on a range of topics. On my way out of the store I heard he speaking with another customer in fluent Spanish... looks like they hire multilingual reps too! I was impressed... will be going back to purchase my nexus 7 & nexus 5 this week.

I usually just go here to pay my bill but the customer service from some of the people that work here is very good while there a few that will flat out act like they dont see you waiting or even acknowledge you and go on to the next person even though you were there first and the majority of the time there is a long wait unless you go early in the morning. Fortunately for the most part Ive had good experiences here.

Brand new Iphone7 bought from this location was defective and the store refused to exchange it with another device, it hasnt even been three weeks yet and they simply refused to service their customers. Unfortunately these people have extremely poor customer service skills. Never upgrade through this store as theyre selling defective devices.Customer service center authorized a replacement however the store refused to go along with that decision. Simply crooked business dealing by management!

My gripe is not about the customer service at the store level. That was adequate. The support service is abysmal with offshore call centers that neither supply service nor support; however, the do specialize in screwing things up.Lower prices, but more foul-ups. I have no problem with the service provider; this review pertains exclusively to my customer service experience at this location.There were two people working the floor at the time; one of whom was helping someone else and was friendly enough (the sole reason why this review gets two stars, and not one). My primary issue was the arrogant associate who was overtly rude and (almost intentionally!) unhelpful. I managed to get TMobile customer service on the phone, the phone service agent was on speaker, and the three-way dialogue only confirmed my low opinion of this guy.If the store manager is reading this, the young man who works Wednesday morning talked himself--and your store--out of a purchase of a brand new phone. My questions were eventually answered, but I knew within two minutes of dealing with him that I was not buying anything from him.If the sales associate is reading this: your attitude might be a better fit for other jobs---everyone hates rude, overbearing customers (believe me, I make my effort not to be one), but you are in the line of work of dealing with people. Change your job or your attitude.

T-Mobiles $820 Paperweight | 7th Galaxy Note 8 & CountingI have been a T-Mobile customer for 2 and a half years; this year my tenure is coming to an end.I pay over $1200/annually for my service.I pay $144/annualy for the Premium Device Protection w/Assurant.I am on my 7th Galaxy Note 8 and counting. The previous six have experienced the same issue (The inability to ever take a charge again if the battery dies or reaches below 5%). Samsung has not stated whether this is a hardware or software related issue. What has been stated and confirmed by both Samsung and T-Mobile personnel in multiple locations throughout Maryland and Virginia is the fact this issue exists and has been reported by multiple customers.I submitted a claim that was rejected for two reasons:1. The activation date (the date the SIM card was last online) was not recent.2. Because of a minor crack on the bottom left of the device. The crack occured attempting to remove the device from its case for the 100th T-Mobile visit. I was returning the device for the issue stated above.Here is my issue with the stated reasons. If the phone does not RECEIVE POWER how do I provide you a online/active date? Why would I buy a $820 phone, pay $144 for device protection to leave it in a broken state? The crack isnt even significant. I could use the device without issue, BUT I DONT EVER GET POWER TO THE PHONE.Myself as well as their own personell in-store was not able to get in touch with Customer Support. It took over 2.5 hours just to reach someone and at that point we were purposefully passed around through the support line by multiple personnel because they simply did not want to hear/deal with my issue. They would transfer us to their peers, provide no details to that colleague on the 15 minute conversation we just had, and I get left with the opportunity to frustratingly repeat my issue to the next soul.I have wasted both my time and money with you all. I will do my best part to influence others not to do the same.I simply want a $820 device to POWER ON. I misplaced my old (and I mean OLD) cellphone. After fruitless searches throughout the man cave, I relented and went to the T-Mobile store (not WALMART) where the considerate (Alyssa) and professional team there hooked me with the perfect SAMSUNG TI99 and loaded my account and old number into the phone. I walked out of there seven minutes later only $60 poorer but retained all my account settings and call minute balances. Thank you!Deano
