All of the reviews that I have read must have been for another company.I found Door Masters of Fredericksburg VA extremely professional, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to ensure all expectations were met. I highly recommend them for all of your Garage Door repairs, replacements, and service.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars to a business as I would definitely give it a zero rating. Not sure how this company is doing business to be honest. They do not return any phone calls or requests for installing garage door openers. Tried calling Rob Shepherd multiple times to schedule an appointment and none of the phone calls were returned. I would highly recommend staying away from doing any business with them

Absolute garbage company. Appointment was set up by Lowes. They did not show up for scheduled appointment. Did not call or contact myself or Lowes. Astounding that this place is still in business, must be someones part-time hobby.

Extremely poor quality of service. Rob doesn’t return any phone calls and seems to have an attitude problem. Instead of their motto being to strive to achieve customer satisfaction, their attitude is to leave the customer at their mercy. The whole community is frustrated with getting work done by this company

This business is totally not worth anyone’s time or money. Rob has an attitude problem and never returns phone calls or text messages. Extremely unprofessional. Highly suggest staying away from this business.

This is the crappiest business I have ever dealt with so far. Our community is built by K Hovnanian and contracted the garage doors to Doormaster. I called them and left messages for over a month to Rob to install door openers, but never got a call back or response. The only reason I am even putting up with this inferior service is due to the fact that the warranty may be void if I choose another company to install the garage door opener

Same experience here. I need service on a door opener installed by them and cannot get a return call. So frustrating!
