Karen and her staff immediately didnt want to provide service to us at the Auto Center but provided service to the following customer that just happened to be white like the entire staff and prior customer but I guess they dont want to service Hispanics. Unless you give them cash like Karen accepted from the lady customer that they did service, so bribery is how this Walmart works wow Never again coming to this Walmart. If you are not white dont come here is the staff vibes that we got as soon as we arrived. So sad have never been treated so badly. My husband and boys managed to change our tire in the parking lot while Karen walked around with her arms crossed just staring at us.

Good, clean store with a wide selection of goods. Often out of some items, though. V8 Blueberry Pomegranate juice is a good example. They always have plenty of the flavors no one buys and it seems they don’t pick up on this and adjust their stock accordingly.

The Fredericksburg location was stocked, had everything I set out to get, and the girls helping me with the fitting room were quick and friendly. I barely made eye contact with one across the whole womens clothing area and she came right over to unlock a room for me. I like that theres no limit on how many items you can try on at one time too.

Came to buy one item and proceeded to check out! Typically only two lanes open and even self check out was backed up a mile. Very simply stated Walmart sucks!!!!!

I get my prescriptions filled at Walmart Pharmacy. Its generally easy to get in and out easily at the pharmacy.

I have been on the phone for an hour trying to get an associate to answer the phone with no luck. I understand that have COVID has put more of a load on the ones that are still working however if a store is open how long would you let the phone ring if it was your business

Theres hardly ever any cashiers to check u out and then all the self checkouts are always blinking red and need cashier assistance. Not just me. All of them... And I go here twice a week. Heb always has cashiers to get u checked out. And they all can go get cigs, not just one isle, open some of the time..! Walmarts have gone down-hill.

It was a wonderful get away with family. The rain may have kept us from moving around but it did not stop the fun, laughter good eats and good time had by all.

Pretty nice for a Wal-Mart

Not a big variety compared to other big stores even other Walmarts. Clothing not arrange in any oder on most days. Jeans of different brands and styles all mix together, I know customers messed it up but Walmart management should have a person to restock the clothes in some kind of order daily.

Self service checkout only at 8 on a busy day. Noone to help of anything goes wrong. This place will have someone there to enter a code to checkout after a line has built up, but they cant pay someone to run an actual line that would get people out faster. What a joke.

OGP is never on time. I can count on one finger how many times it’s been ready in it’s time slot. We live 30 minutes away so when it’s “delayed” I’m usually already in town and plan my trip grocery trip for when I’m there. It’s a real pain in the rear. Marble falls is always done early, I can review my replacements etc. Fredericksburg falls far from the tree and is poorly managed obviously.

Walmart is what you expect. You will find very helpful people that go out of their way to help, then other times cant find anyone that has much interest in anything.

As usual Wal-Mart has so much in the store you can actual go shopping and spend lots of $. But I am able to buy what I need from there and go back home or work. I like to get in and out so I use the scan & go app. I loved it. I was checked out fast. Loved it. The Fox

Service desk would not cash a Stimulus check 3 months old. It appears it is a store management rule, not company as we were able to cash the check in a San Antonio location without problem. Management did not make us feel welcome. Pharmacy was helpful. They gave us a flyer to show the phone number to call for appointment to take the COVID vaccination.

Tried to find a nice foam overlay to make an old bed more comfortable and the selection was terrible. Didnt get anything due to lack of inventory

This location is very clean and organized. Employees are sanitizing carts, welcoming customers and maintaining everything. It is truly a pleasure to shop here. As always a great selection and quality products at a fair price

Its a gorgeous ride on the way to Fredericksburg, took my niece Susan from Arizona thru the park to Fredericksburg, saw deer and its so pretty and green after all the rains we have been having, the peach orchards are beautiful this time of year,

The only level parking spots were limited space along highway. Some parking by auto center. Most spots were very unlevel.Very busy store so parking spots are already limited.Store items were pretty typical. Nothing too special.

Typical Walmart wares for sale with reasonable pricing. Overall cleanliness was exceptional. Bathrooms were well maintained and had minimal odor.

Plenty of room for trucks to park here overnight. Very trucker friendly! I sat there for two days during the ice storm, with their blessing. This Walmart open until 11 p.m. the deli has some pretty good chicken tenders!

Sometimes I forget I dont work at walmart because I seem to always scan so much and help other people because there is no no associates around to ask. I prefer HEB all day but there are some things I have to go there for.

Literally the most pleasant WalMart Ive ever been to. I come from the DFW area and its so much more crowded there than it is here. I dont see the point about complaining about checking yourself out. In Benbrook they tore down all of the manned checkout stations and put several dozen self checkouts in their place. This is the future and companies like Amazon and WalMart do not care about the customers opinion about how they run their business. Only the bottom line and maximizing profits. If people are willing to spend more at local shops and markets, have at it.

Easy to find what I needed. Safety measure were in place. Plenty of check out opened. So was easy to get in and out.

I feel very safe shopping in this store. They all wear face masks and keep social distancing guidelines. They have one way aisles to aid in distancing. These steps show WALMART s commitment to basic human kindness and courtesy.

Never enough checkers. Waited in a very long line for quite a while, finally a couple of checkers came up including a member of management. There is usually one checker . Also need to watch prices, that they coincide what they were posted. And there is a problem with double scanning an item.

Horrible, went to get remote control for $8.30 that it showed online but when I got there it was marked $15 so I scanned it and it showed $8.32 went to register scan $15 called manager he said it couldnt be sold for that amount even if it was online it was an only it was an online order only so I showed them the remote control online and he said I had to order online so I did then even though I had it my hand he said I couldnt pick it up to the next day

Least crowded Walmart ever! In and out in like 37 seconds!

Awesome historical place!

This location has been horrible on their grocery pick up orders. When you get there be prepared to wait in excess of 30 minutes to get your order. I have waited 45 minutes before. The workers also have no sense of urgency...like they are doing you a favor bringing you your items you ordered. Save yourself the aggravation and just go inside and get the items yourself.
