Bought several pool supplies here at reasonable prices. I was having problems with my pool water clarity. I spoke with Logan and took a water sample in to him . He was able to analyze it and recommend what I should do to fix problem. After 60 hours the water was crystal clear. This place is so far out of my way I will continue to get my stuff here all employees are helpful and courteous. Thanks again

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been told a price on the phone twice, only to have it change buy $100 every time I show up! Don’t waste your time calling and asking for a price, it will just be different.I will drive to NoVa before I spend another dime on this store!

**Older Review**My parents bought a full size above ground pool from this place around 3-4 years ago. My parents are older and wanted a nice retirement pool for themselves and getting this installed evidently was a sad process. At the time, the person installing the pool kept making it impossible to start the process let alone finish it.After threatening to stop the process and have a full refund, they finally got their person to finish up. After all was said and done we had a pool but the people never fully finished it. They left the big piles of dirt around the pool. Left tools in the yard as if they didnt care. Eventually they came by and got the tools and left the yard a mess. Contacting them was impossible so it was easier to let it go and attempt it themselves. They did their best but to no avail, there was simply too much dirt pushed around the yard.Still to this day unfortunately the ground has been morphed into this ugly uneven patchy mess that was ruined by the person installing the pool.My gripe is if you pay thousands and thousands for a pool, why not finish the job by actually putting back the dirt you moved with the tools you used to move it?My advice is if you buy from them, make sure they finish the job. Unfortunately this is been a sad venture for my parents and the sad outcome is this uneven pool and yard.

Great service. Great prices. Friendly. I was there for Hot Springs tub and Endless Pools Swim Spa. They carry Caldera and Vita tubs as well. Many other items and services too.

Pools and hot tubs galore. This store has the personalized service of a family owned business and the prices that help hot tubs and pools move. With the virus, its hard to find any hot tubs and even harder to find pools. Both owners are committed to trying to find them even if its out of state. Its worth a stop in to see what they have available on the showroom floor and to see if they can order any from another state. My sister had questions about the cloronation of her hot tub and her pool and they were able to set everything straight and the first visit. I highly recommend them.

Great people. They show up when they say theyre coming, and do a great job. They removed our old spa and installed the new one in less than 3 hours in pouring cold rain. A really hard job they made look very easy. These guys definitely know what theyre doing and know how to do it. Excellent company.

UPDATE: They did close that store but it was long enough ago that their sign was taken down. Thank the Lord they moved over next to Target and still doing business! My pool........ happy again!!They closed up shop!!!!!! Only place I ever went for pool supplies. There was no notification on the building stating they moved. Very disappointed! Awesome knowledgeable staff and great supplies at good prices. Sad day for my pool

This is the only place to go! I bought a house with an in-ground pool about three years ago. Having zero knowledge about pools or maintenance, I hired a pool service to do all the work the first year. The second year, feeling a bit more confident, I decided to be my own pool guy which is when I found Luxury Pool & Spa. I mainly deal with Logan, however, everyone there goes above and beyond to help and answer all of my questions. If you ever stump them on something they dont have an answer to (which is rare), they will always research it and get back to you. I could go on and on with many reasons to deal with Luxury Pool & Spa, but there is nothing like going and finding out for yourself!!

I wish I had found this place before I purchased my hot tub. This customer service has been stellar on each of my visits. After a month with the company I purchased my hot tub from jerking me around on chemicals, I took a test to Luxury. In one visit, they gave me the one thing I needed and helped me switch to their brand of chemicals. It cleared up my issue in a matter of hours and the chemicals are now easy to maintain. If I had to spend thousands of dollars ever again on a hot tub, they would get my business.

I have been covering my pool for 10 years and this is the first year I got a pool cover from luxury pool and spa. It is the best cover I have ever used. With the sale they had going on it was also the cheapest cover. I use them for all my chemicals because the know exactly what I need. People there are very friendly also

Lush, forest green is a great color for a lawn; too bad it was the pool. Bought Algebomb 60 and poolite turbo shock. Dead algae started floating to the top within 12 hours and Pool is starting look great. Thanks the recommendations!

This year they failed me, was told to add 5 lbs of shock to my pool 18 ft above ground and still fighting cloudy water. Ill be surprised if my liner doesnt have pin holes in it, spent 276.00 on sand filter and almost 200.00 on chemicals this season

We bought a Caldera Vanta spa and we absolutely love it! Weve been talking about getting a spa for years and I wish we gotten it years ago.We bought ours at the Fredericksburg store from the manager, Logan Antozzi. I went to LP&S after doing a google search of stores in the area. LP&S had very high reviews for sales and service after the sale and the others were really bad by comparison.We had a no hassle, informative buying experience. There was no attempt to upsell us or twist our arms. Logan explained all the pluses and minuses and helped us by asking informed questions about our location and planned use. We got the one that was right for us.The spa was delivered within the promised time frame and the guys that delivered it did an outstanding job of setting it up and explaining its use. I called the store on Thursday and spoke to Alyse, the assistant manager, and she had the spa delivered the next day.We got the easy lifting well insulated cover and its great. My wife can raise and lower it with one hand. They also gave us a bag of supplies to manage the water alkalinity etc. that should last four months. Logan told me to bring in water samples anytime I wanted and theyd analyze them and suggest any changes I should make.Overall I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my purchase. I would highly recommend that you check out LP&S if youre thinking of buying a spa.
