I got in and out w/so much ease.The salesman explained multiple, options to me w/out a bunch of upscale mumbo-jumbo (I just wanted it simple.. which are firm, firmer, firmest?). I am happy he gave us options but was respectful of MY TIME and letting ME decide which I wanted to choose.. I have purchased5 mattress in the last 6months after a reno, even some ONLINE retailers make you rush..decide now or HURRY...there was none of the malarkey.I got THE FACTS quickly.. was able to make my decision& was out in under 1hr. It was there IN HOUSE(wrapped so nicely in packaging) and I got to bring it home same day! He even gave me extra plastic bc of the T-storm.. we arrived home and its set up dry as a bone- could not be happier.I think salesmans name was Calis? Real nice guy..and again was painless purchase. I would recommend to a friend/family.And thanks for the mattress protector you guys added at no charge!

My husband and I bought two mattress from the Mattress Outlet. We have a wonderful foam mattress that sleeps great, and our daughter loves her new pillow top mattress also. We were a great deal for both mattresses. Check them out if you need new mattresses and see what deals you can get as well.

The manager is disgustingly rude and unprofessional! I am so upset that I spent money with this business. Not only do they make mistakes but they also lie to make it seem like it’s your fault. 100% wouldn’t recommend.

The customer service was excellent, the store was super clean (as were the mattresses), and the sales people do not work off of a commission. I needed a new mattress and got a top of the line, super comfortable queen mattress for an amazing price. I went to several other stores in the area, and no other mattress stores compare. Check this place out first before going anywhere else!! You won’t be disappointed, nor will you find a better bang for your buck anywhere in the surrounding area.
