Robert is innovative and responsive. We bought a 20 year old home and got excellent financing. The home is on the water. Robert worked quickly to find the right insurance acceptable by the lender. We simply provided all he and the finance company asked for to close in fifteen days.

I bought a mobile home through Robert in July of 2015. I was a 22 year old with a strict time line and budget. Robert found a home that fits my needs and made it as easy as sign here and here. This man is extremely personable and professional, I will definitely be using his services when the time comes to sell and I highly recommend him if you are considering buying.

Update 10/6/15:Had a buyer approved for the home at the land management company within 2 weeks after the contract was over with PHB. Robert insisted it was impossible to find someone who would qualify. It is obvious that he did not try hard enough, if at all. I sold my own home quicker than Robert could, even with all his tools and business reputations.Boasted they could sell my 6 yr old, in great condition, mobile home in 90 days in spite of challenges posed by the land management. Every time a follow up was done on my part, I received nothing more than excuses and was told often that perhaps reducing my asking price even though broker priced the house almost $10,000 above my asking price would help sell the home. I was also told that if he felt the potential buyer couldnt pass the application process, he wouldnt even have them try, instead of working with the land management to see if exceptions to their process could be made for strong potential residents, insisting he had an obligation to his business relationship with the land management over the contractual obligation to sell my home.Robert is all right, but really doesnt motivate himself beyond the bare minimums. After the contract expired and my house still hadnt sold, I found the finance company he used to refer perspective buyers to and have opened the line of conversation with the land management to work with them to get someone approved for the lot.19+ years in the business sounds impressive, but the service I got wasnt what I was really expecting. He does sell homes, but it seems like if they dont sell on their own accord in the first month, he seems perplexed as how to actually get a buyer into the home, preferring to find excuses as to why it isnt selling instead of taking steps to see if they can find a way to sell it outside of asking you to lower your price so they still get their commission.

Sorry. But I bought a home from Robert Morris in Sept. Brand new. And still havent been able to move in. So disappointed. I believed he was a good honest man too. No one at Premium Homes will even answer the phone. I pray they will come clean and make this right.

Nothing but problems, wish I had never dealt with this company. Premeir tried to sell me a mobile home - which I had inspected - it had major problems with the roof and mold in the walls. I bought a new mobile home - Beverly is the only broker I could use at the park I wanted to live in - she has deals going with the finance company, the mobile home seller and the mobile home park. I bought a new home - beverly tried to get me to close on the sale before the county inspection was through and the AC installed. She acts for the mobile home seller with the year warranty. Trying to get problems fixed - door jamb adjusted, storm door didnt fit, toilet didnt sit flat - is a major production with multiple e-mails and phone calls. Only when I started ccing my lawyer did Beverly respond.

We spent two years trying to sell our trailer in Fauquier County used this company to try and sell it the first time it was never shown by anyone the second time we used this company Beverly Fox is the only one in charge the only one that pretty much works there she mainly uses her cell phone for business use half the time you cannot reach her because her phone is full of voicemails she spends too much time not removing all the voicemails so you cant leave a message one time we had an appointment at her office. My husband was in the room with her she got a call from a client on her cell. She said that she had nothing to tell them and either sent them to voicemail and if it was full they had to call back or she hung up on them that is not very professional. She would set up an appointment for someone to see our trailer from the mhvillage and she wouldnt show up and she didnt answer anybodys calls or anything . my husband sick with a cold had to drive there and show it. when buyers would drive by our trailer and see the sign call her to inquire. she wouldnt answer or call them back so we put our phone number so they could call us if they wanted to see it which we ended up showing it every single time till finally we rented to own it to some very nice people so we got lucky but we ended up doing all this all by ourselves. She was supposed to draw up a contract for the rent to owners she never did I had to have one of my friends draw up one thats in real estate so I would not recommend this company. If you ever want to sell your trailer. Other than Fredericksburg cuz thats pretty much all she shows and sells.. I definitely wouldnt recommend this company. Sometimes I would call and text her about important stuff wouldnt hear from her for a month...so very sad. Out of the blue she text my husband and said no hard feelings we just need to go our separate ways and she quit on us course are listing with her expired 3 months before so good luck to anybody this company
