Outstanding service and atmosphere!!! I have a 2017 Roadmaster and, regretfully, didnt buy it at Indian Spotsy... I say regretfully because - if the service I received on my motorcycle yesterday is indicative of what my sales experience would have been, I missed out. My service rep solved my problem inventively and communicated all the way through. Duffy - the service tech - spent time with me after the repair job explaining features and options I was completely unaware of. I cant remember when I have had such a pleasant service experience. Brandon was exceptional! From the moment I walked in until the deal was done everything felt easy. The financing was easy and exactly what I was looking for. Brandon stayed in touch during the whole process. Went and picked the bike up Saturday and before we left he walked me through the entire bike. One of the best motorcycle buying experiences I have had. Just purchased a 2021 Roadmaster Darkhorse. Before going Indian, I was a diehard HD owner. But after my string of issues with both Old Dominion and Quantico HD (both owned by the same person), it was time to look elsewhere. The biggest difference for me was the customer service. From Bryan, the person who sold my bike, to the ladies working behind the register, and to Duffy (the mechanic) and the owner who walked me through my new bike, the experience was great. If you are tired of just being a number with HD, I suggest giving this dealership the opportunity to earn your business.

I called twice and spoke to salespeople, stating my interest in the 2020 Challenger model. Stated both times, that I had approved financing and would like price quote, with specific options, as I would be driving over 2 hours to get there. Never received a follow up call back from anyone. Purchased a 2020 Road Glide Special from Old Dominion H-D in Fredericksburg, Va.

I cant say enough great things about the staff. Duffy repaired my bike on one of their busiest weekends. The sales staff is always friendly.. I guess thats why we have purchased 4 bikes from them.

My husband Derek took his 2018 Indian Scout Bobber in for a front fork seal replacement and work on the rear dry sprocket. The technician Duffy had a great knowledge base and the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure we got all the parts and prompt service we needed. I Purchased my 2017 Roadmaster in Dec of 2016, the staff were all very knowledgeable and professional, with no pressure what so ever. every time I visit the dealership for accessories or service, the team always makes me feel welcomed. My visit today was for a brake fluid flush and Duffy showed me that there was no reason to flush them because the fluid was perfectly fine (what other service department does that?) I asked Duffy to check my brake pads and found that they in fact needed replacing. I am very happy that I have a dealership I can trust, from sales to service. thank you very much to all.

Have had the most hideous experience with this brand and their dealerships, please all stay away . I bought a Scout 60 just under a year ago and have had myriads of technical issues with it, the service department is Frederickburgh MD, is unbelievably unreliable and irresponsible. Just under a year after the purchase, the starter broke down, called the dealership and explained that I have a long commute, told them clearly that the problem seems to be with the starter and asked the service department if they have the part and if it can be fixed that very day, drove for 2 hours just to hear “ oh the starter, na, we don’t “, next thing you know the ABS light goes on, then again I call the service and explain the situation, stress again that I have a long commute and if the problem can be fixed that very day, they say “ affirmative “, drive for another 2 hours, just to hear “ aw, problem is with the whole unit, this has to stay “, leave the bike there and I call after 4 weeks and they still have no idea of what is going on, they refuse to provide any time line or even a loaner bike, ( mind you that the ABS was a factory recall) . The quality of their product ( in my own personal experience) and especially the quality of their service is straight out of 3rd world .

Wife and I were out riding yesterday and decided to stop in and check out some bikes. I saw a bike I was actually very interested in...BUT...to make a long story short...the salesman that stalked me was not only pretty arrogant..but rude and VERY condescending!! My walk away point came when he all but called OUR bikes junk. Granted, we werent on Indians..but..I ride a 2011 Ultra Classic,loaded,with 10k miles...and my wife rides a 2012 Roadstar Silverado S with less than 3k....both of which are garage kept and literally like new. Anyway....if this shop is any representation of Indians customer service....I can see them going under AGAIN for a 3rd time !!
