Best shop for fixing your bike! They are thorough, helpful, and they do quality work. They tell you when they will have your bike fixed and they call you if anything changes or they find issues as they are working on your bike so you know what to expect. I brought my Harley Deuce here for service and they did a great job.

Ive taken my bike to Brian a couple of times & I cant say enough about the great work they produce. With the exception of one other person, they are the only people I trust to work on my bike. Spend 5 minutes with Brian and youll instantly know 3 things about him... 1. Hes one of most knowledgable bike techs you will ever meet. 2. Hes very honest (something hard to find within the industry). 3. Your personal safety & satisfaction are his #1 priority, not the money in your pocket. if youre looking for someone to service or repair your bike, invest 5 minutes into a quick conversation with him and youll understand exactly what Im talking about.

I thought I had left a review on here but I dont see it. To begin with, five star service. My experience was different being that my bike (HD Street Glide) was drained completely of fluids for proper shipment and I had just moved to the area. I needed to get my bike to a shop, and nobody offered to assist...but OTC. They actually drove to my house, picked up my bike, completed the service, and stored it (maybe two weeks) until all of my registration documents (overseas transfer) were completed. Their service every time I called was nice, up front (honest), and very intellectual in providing you correct guidance on parts and performance. Their prices are very reasonable for both service and parts. I only provide reviews on excellent and horrible service, about 1% of my experiences, and Im truly happy OTC is in the upper echelon. Thank you OTC. If you need service or parts, please dont hesitate to use this small business...you will not be disappointed.

I’ve never taken my bike to a dealer or Indy because I liked doing the maintenance myself. However, I had an electrical problem and I do not know enough about the electrical system on the bike to do it myself. OTC figured out the issue within one hour. Any other mechanic may have taken me for at least a few hours and some parts. OTC has earned my trust and I will not hesitate to take any of my bikes to Brian in the future. Excellent service! Highly recommended!

I wrecked my 2015 Road Glide Special, had it towed to Brian for lots of work. Picked it up today and its like the day I road it out of the dealership. He even fixed my squeaky kick stand that Ive had for over a year. 100% satisfied with the work done.

Found Brian at a Harley dealer when I was having engine oil consumption issues on a 09 ultra with 2400 miles on the odometer after taking it to 5 other dealers and no one would look at it he was the only one that would dig deeper into the problem. He was able to find a broken oil ring and replaced the top half of the engine and back on the road I went no more problems. then had a tire replaced at the same dealer only to find out that he had left . Leaving the dealer the bike shook so bad I couldnt ride it .so back to the dealer again 3 more times still with no resolve. Found Brian again at OTC and he found the problems after about 20 min. and repaired it . Tire balance and air pressure from dealer was all wrong. I would rather pay Brian to work on my bike then get it repaired under warranty at the dealer. Harley Lost a good one here. Excellent Guy, Tech and now friend

I took my 04 1200 XLC to Brian for a broken exhaust stud, fitment and installation of mini apes and associated cables, and the WERX service, Brain kept me abreast of all developments on my bike including fork seals that were leaking. They were very detailed. Brian was always up front, answered all my questions, and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. They are a trusted adviser rather than a stereo typical service salesman called adviser selling stuff people do not need. For that reason I decided to have them Dyno tune my bike. I am glad I did . My bike runs better than it ever has and they found and corrected an intake gasket issue. I can not be happier with professionalism and quality work performed by Brian and his shop. I am a customer for life and HIGHLY recommend Old Towne Cycle.

As a first time Harley owner (1998 Road King), I went in search of a good mechanic in the Stafford/Fredericksburg area & I feel like I hit the lottery when I left Olde Towne Cycles last night. I decided to go in for a quick visit to introduce myself at around 5PM on a week night, and BRIAN treated me like a valuable customer though I had never been there. He took the time to look over my ride and educate me on the good & the bad & answer all my stupid questions...that was invaluable! In that 10 min discussion, he diagnosed that the shop who rebuilt the carb for the previous owner had put in the wrong slow jet which was causing a very annoying cough in the lower rev range. In the time it took me to pick out a T-Shirt & new Gremlin Bell & he put the correct jet in, gave the bike a good inspection, and left me with a bill of less than $100...I spent more on cool gear than he charged to fix my bike! Great shop that I will use as long as Im a Harley owner.

A big TAHNK YOU to Brian and the crew at Olde Towne Cycle for correcting the damage done to my 2011 Harley Davidson FXCWC Rocker C by a shop who will remain unnamed. Brian quickly identified the issues, worked me into his schedule and made sure that the bike was safe. If you have a Harley, this is the place you want to go.

Brian and Stump will be the only guys to ever touch my FLHR! The best thing is they will never try to tell you something you dont need! You will not find this type of honesty with the dealerships. Brian will go out of his way to pull you aside and actually show you what your bike is doing, so that the customer will have a better understanding of what is going on with your HD. Routine stuff like Oil changes, and any other fluid changes are usually done while you wait. They also sell some Ts Helmets, gloves, and other riding apparel that the average customer may not know is there. Great team, great prices, great everything. As an Active Duty Military member, I am always moving around the country, and these guys are the best.
