Gabe who owns Custom Performance is a rare breed among business owners. He treats his clients as if they are the only one and is very helpful with explaining things in terms a layman can understand. His experience and expertise is one reason I trust his advice and work on my motorcycle. Also michelin race tires have become my favorite brand to date and provide some of the best feedback and grip i have ever experienced.

Called in and asked about a quick shifter solution for a CBR650R. Gabe was very knowledgeable, confident and friendly. Closing soon and having plans to pack up for the track.. he still asked for me to swing by to hammer out all of the details. Mind you I’ve never met Gabe or been to this shop before. At the time only being a potential customer he still put me first!Upon arriving, he met me out front and made me feel welcome. I called the Yamaha dealer next Walmart to get some tires put on my bike and a chain and sprocket installed. They tried to rake me over the coals. On top of that they said, we can do it on some future Saturday when it isnt busy. Let me just say, Ive been there....they arent that busy.. Called Gabe, he was honest, fair and straight to the point. He took my bike in same day and was done in an hour, he also was honest enough to tell me I didnt need to swap out my chain and sprocket yet. Plus his price is waaaay better than the Yamaha dealer. I will never bring my bike back to the dealer. Thank you Gabe, for making time to get my bike squared away and getting me back on the road. You earned a loyal customer.
