I have only been to this location twice, but the staff is soooo nice its almost hard to believe. Everyone works seemingly well together, they are super helpful and I look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this location for your shipping/packing/business needs.

I wanted to commend Victor. I went to the store this morning, in Town and Country. I am on disability. Victor came to the car to help me with my package. I was honestly disappointed with the mailing system, since a package I mailed with some perishable items from the Post Office, never made it. I felt sooo cared for by Victor and the other lady on duty. Actually, I have had to return items to Amazon before, and this crew is Amazing. They are sooo courteous and helpful. Thanks Victor.

This store has the most friendly staff. I go there once in a while and each time they are friendly to me. They offer free masks, transparent in their charges and they are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Please keep up the good work. You guys rock!

The person at the desk was polite and professional, but I couldn’t get any service because she had already closed the register for the night. Sure, I got there close to closing at 6:56. but what is the point of business hours if they aren’t being followed? If the posted business hours say you close at 7 then I should still be able to purchase/ship something if it’s before 7

While trying to ship Christmas gifts from our local UPS store it was suggested by them to use the USPS for a cheaper rate as it would cost over $200 dollars per package to ship to Spain through UPS. What we thought was a convenience of shipping USPS packages from their location turned out to be a mistake. She declared everything that was in the package and the clerk entered it into the system printed out the declarations and processed the packages for shipping. She openly declared perfume in one box and cologne in the other. At no time did the clerk indicate that there were restrictions on shipping colognes or perfumes through the USPS or UPS due to the alcohol contained within the product. Both boxes were returned to us by the USPS due to the alcohol in perfume and cologne.When my wife returned to the UPS store for a refund, she was told by the supervisor that she would need to go to the USPS office as the charge and payment was through them not UPS. When she went to the USPS and after much deliberation, was finally told that the refund would have to come from the UPS store as that was where the payment was made. She then drove back to the UPS where and was told that that was the chance you take when shipping an item and that they were not responsible and would not refund the money. I didnt realize shipping a package was a gamble as to whether it will make it or not.Key elements of the complaint are this:Lack of training. The clerk who originally processed the packages did not know how to look up the items to ensure that they could be shipped. The supervisor who assisted the clerk that day also never indicated that there would be any issue in shipping the cologne and perfume. In a simple search after the fact we found that “There is absolutely no alcohol allowed for any USPS shipment, domestically or internationally.” Does this mean that you can ship alcohol through UPS? Not so fast, that same search resulted in finding that there are very strict regulations governing the shipment of alcohol via UPS.Supervisor professionalism and conduct. The supervisor working the day of the return was dismissive and unconcerned of their oversight. Sending a customer to another business that the organization has joined a partnership with shows a lack of loyalty to the customer base and integrity to the ownership of their wrongdoing. The dismissive and cowardly attitude of the supervisor is appalling. The supervisor clearly did not want to deal with my wife and would send the clerk out to talk with her vice handling the situation himself. It is the duty of a supervisor to handle a complaint of this nature. Not behind the curtain to allow a clerk with no decision-making capability to try and explain why they would not provide a refund. To tell a customer they take a risk when shipping a package is unacceptable. There is no risk if the supervisor has properly trained their employees and know how to identify restricted items. This is a failure to lead by example and be accountable for your decisions.Corporate responsibility. UPS needs to step up the training of personnel that are receiving packages for shipment. It is their responsibility to ensure that the clerks and supervisors know how to locate the restrictions of items. We as consumers rely on the “experts” to properly identify restricted items. I find it hard to believe that a company as large as UPS is not capable or is not able to provide the requisite guidance that is needed to operate a successful store. Most customers would not think of perfume or cologne as alcohol, most people tend to think of that being associate to drinking spirits, wine or beer. That is why we rely on the business to provide the proper guidance. This is failure.

Last Straw for me and my family at UPS store # 5353. The employees there are decent, helpful and courteous with the exception of George Hall. EVERY time my wife goes in there she has an issue with George Hall. He is not a gentleman; he is rude and lacks any lacks even a modicum of courtesy towards customers.HIGHLY recommend you avoid this particular UPS store. Go to a different one.

Never in my life have I been treated so poorly by a business that should want my money. I went in to store # 5353 to ship two items. One was boxed and ready to go. The other was in a box but needed some bubble wrap. I asked the man working there what my options are. Do I need a new box, or can I just purchase some bubble wrap to go in the box I had? HE is supposed to be the expert so, telling me that he can’t tell me what to do is unacceptable. Give me my available options. He gave me a price to pack the item and then proceeded to tell me with an attitude that he was not going to bargain with me. I DIDN’T WANT TO HAGGLE OR BARGAIN. I WANTED MY OPTIONS!!!!! My wife has come home in the past and had the same horrible customer service. EVERYONE in the store seems nice except for the older gentlemen up front. He needs to give it up. Your business will lose money because of this man. Neither my wife of myself will ever go there again. Looks like store 5686 at plantation crossing will get my money from now on. I’m utterly disgusted by this man.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I made it to the store by 6:50 to mail off two letters. The girl at the counter proceeded to tell me that her register was shut down and she could not mail off my packages and that UPS was closed. I told her that the business hours on the door said 7 p.m. She got really nervous and said she would see what she could do- which I dont know what that even means because she had literally just told me that there was nothing she could do for me. I proceeded to let her know that I needed one of the letters notarized and she told me that there was no notary on the premises despite the website saying there was. Absolutely terrible experience. Had I known I was going to be treated this way I would have gone to a different store.

GO TO FED EX!! Came in to overnight a very special item and after I gave the address 30 minutes I was told it was not a deliverable address in a very rude manner ( i was overly concerned because the employee Jean did not know how to do her job!) So I called the owner George to complain and he said it was in fact deliverable and would talk to the employee.... very doubtful! DO NOT RECOMMEND! So i went to Fed Ex and sent it off they got 5 STARS ;-)

This place has gone downhill. Went to do an Amazon return that I have done many times before and now they charge $5 tp print the shipping label claiming that their scanner will not read tje bar code from my phone. They have always taken it from my phone before. $5 to print a label?????This is a response to the owner. I was not offered a self service computer to print the label for $2.00. I was told I could bring in a printed label or I could download the label to a usb drive and then it could be printed for $5.00. I have been using your store for many years through all the changes and was treated poorly even after explaining that I had come in a many times. There are other choices and I intend to use them from now on. Customer service is important and you still cant justify $5.00 for printing 1 sheet from my drive. You didnt charge $5 per sheet when I came in and had you print prior documents. Absurd pricing.

I came into this store with three returns to process back to Amazon. The female associate I had was doing everything possible to assist me. I had to call Amazon to straighten out the return labels. While I was on the phone a man I can only assume to be the owner came in and was yelling at another UPS associate on the phone and pitching a general for about a package that was lost. Upon getting off the phone with Amazon they reissued my return label and everything was ready to complete. About this time the man got off his other call and was angerly stomping around the store. I showed the lady associate my label and was asking if she just scanned it off the phone. Before she could respond the angerly jerk of a manager inserted, Unless youre going to mail your phone, youll need to print that on the computer. Thatll be a $2.00 charge. ($2.00 for a single sheet of paper.) I immediately responded Id just go home and print it tonight. I wont be back to this place though and Im fairly certainly Ill be going with Fedex moving forward. Take your 2.00 sheet of inkjet paper and stick it.
