Our winter tires were installed in a timely fashion and at a very reasonable price. I have never had any issues with their well trained technicians. Took my jeep in to get looked at for a noise. Told me it was something....took it somewhere else got the parts myself, the place did the work and it turns out what your mechanics said was wrong, was totally fine. Paid the $60 for absolutely nothing. I dont recommend taking your vehicle here.

We had an emergency on our way home to NC. We stopped in with our non Jeep vehicle. They repaired it for us quickly and got us back on the road in a matter of minutes.We really appreciated their excellent service!

I called and made an appointment to get my inspection done, asked if I could get an oil change and inquired about 60,000 mile maintenance. I got to my appt. On time and shortly I had my jeep and was on my way...to notice my inspection sticker was the same. I pulled over and called. They were great. Had me come right back...but...it didnt pass. I needed license plate bulbs which were in Cleveland. Im laughing by now. But...they provided me a jeep to drive until mine was done. In all my frustration and stress...the guys remained gracious, courteous, and professional. I left my last dealership because of poor customer service...Jason and the team who helped me were great. Thanks guys. I apologize for my eye rolling and sharp words.

Awesome service department!! Diagnosed the steering issues with my Jeep in 15 minutes when my local dealership didnt have time to be bothered. I showed up unannounced expecting to set up an appointment and was surprised when the said they could look at it right now. Repair will be performed when parts come in. Best experience ever and my repairs are covered under my extended warranty. Waiting area is comfortable and clean with water, coffee and more. Very professional staff and I will always take my vehicle here in the future if needed.

Great service and staff! I didnt buy my first Dodge vehicle here as I wasnt living in the area. Once I moved they were my go-to dealership for service. They were always fair and treated me great. Even went above and beyond to get me a rental for free if my Durango spent extra time in the shop. Long story short their service department sold me on the dealership and I didnt look anywhere else when it came time to buy my Ram 1500. Bill and Tom were excellent to deal with during the sale and I love my Ram too! Would recommend them to anyone!

Dont go here for repairs!Theyre either incompetent or dishonest.Took my car here to have them look at a minor quirk before I went into work, 3hrs later they gave me a quote of $2k. I said no thank you I can live with it. They went to put it back together and came back out and said we broke it, its not driveable. They then said it would be $2k to get it driving again! They refused to fix what they broke! I had to tow my car home.
