The Starbucks on SUNY Fredonias campus is nice! The staff are friendly, and get you your order with amazing speed. Ive never had an order wrong.However, throughout the week days (and nearly all day on weekends), the line length is insane. Sometimes it completely leaves the Starbucks area, and cuts across the lobby of University Commons.This isnt Starbucks fault, however, so I wont take off a star for it.

Staff is always so nice when I go there and so patient when there is a new drink I want to try. Absolutely love it there.

Its a pretty good Starbucks. However they do not use the mobile app, and they dont operate like other starbucks with Happy Hours and stuff like that. Also be sure to have a backup order ready because they are usually out of stuff.

This Starbucks is the same as other Starbucks in available items and drinks, and the flavor is the same. I have some favorite drinks here, and I always order a hot Salted Caramel Mocha around this time of year. The wait is, well, always long. That comes with the territory of being on a campus. Starbucks has always been the place for kids to stop and grab something really quick, but also to do class work. I met and hung out with some of my closest friends here, so it will always be a little special to me. However if you’re going, just plan on waiting a little bit, but patience is always key anywhere.

Great place on campus with friendly faces. 5 stars for what its worth, sometimes line gets long during rush hours between classes but thats typical.

Literally could have maybe put “closed” instead of open on your websites like made me walk literal miles for the store to be closed. Smh

Very friendly customer service. Very efficient with their orders. The coffee shop and tables are very up kept. They have great deals. The only downfall is there hours. I know its because its on a college campus. If they had one off campus more towards the city I think theyd get more service. The location is great for students and staff. Outsiders its another story. It took me years to know there was one there.

I went with the intention of seeing if I could fill my own mug from home. After a short wait, I was greeted by an employee who took my order with no problem. It could have been more smiley, friendly and engaging, but I got what I wanted!

The experience was pretty good. Employees had a smile on their face. Although you may have to wait for a few minutes to get the coffee, I think its worth it.I intend to update during my future visits.

They recently remodeled which opened the place up a lot. It has a brighter and more relaxed atmosphere. Still really expensive though.

I am glad they didnt have this when I went to college there, because I would have been there everyday

We landed up here after searching for Starbucks near Dunkirk City Pier. Located inside the State University of New York - Fredonia campus, it brought back the memories of university days in India.Good place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee/tea. We went for Chai Tea Latte with Soy milk and it was great - just like every other Starbucks. The staff (I believe students) was great and friendly. They have a good outdoor seating.Definitely, the place to go if you are in this area and want to enjoy a cup of coffee/tea

Food and beverages are consistent with other locations. But the lines are always VERY long, and youll spend a lot of time waiting.

I go every week and they have the best coffee and tea I would recommend the triple mocha frappuccino

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, great asset to the campus. Im 64 I live in the Fredonia community . I like to walk to the Starbucks as exercise . With the anticipation that a great tasting cup of coffee is awaiting me.
