Went there to return an online order and took out what I needed to return, with tags and the order paper. The worker didn’t even touch what i wanted to return, he just said that they didn’t do returns and I would have to mail it back. Gave no other explanation or reason. I was confused because online it said that they accepted online purchases in store. Reached out to Cotton On and the company confirmed that the employee was mistaken.
