Poor service store is always low on stock and unorganized. The staff is not willing to slove a problem or concerns which is very time consuming on top of that have nasty attitude katty helped me to oder the pants i wanted which they didnt had in store for size s i aksed if you guys will be getting them soon she siad depends didnt had much information as a have been a zara customer from years i went in and asked her to oder the pants for instore pick up which i have done in past and it’s convenient because i work in the mall and unfortunately its been 8 days. I went in to pick up and the staff was trying to help me suddenly katty stopped by i did recognized her ahe did but denied and start ti tell me call customer service they dont do pickup packages in store which sounded very minipulatvie as a staff member to call customer service when the purcahse was made instore also she said she deosnt know could be lost or anything but they wont help more like why the whole purpose was store pick but anyways it was very unprofessional and rude i guess its covid satff shotage allowing lazy lame people work in store are acutely a brand than just a negative attitude reason why katty i am really doing this is you should leave the job if you make it see this miserable sales associate is more of a customer service job. Interactions and service. Problem solving please quit or train yourself. And the other girl was trying to help you jumped in which was another thing why you did and still didn’t recognized. Or helped. Very pathetic.
Ann and Emmanuel had the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever scene. The second my friend and I walked in we got nasty stairs from Ann. I went to return a shirt and Ann would not let me. Take a look and tell me where the stains are…. I had a shout wipe and wiped the “stained” area. They still would not expect. Ann went to Emmanuel the manager whispering and staring at us. Just rude and unprofessional.
As I was getting rung up the staff was talking about how they thought a staff member there was suspected to have COVID?? Why wouldnt you send all staff home to get tested & shut down the store for sanitation? Very disappointed in the lack of competency. Also staff member said Zara doesnt take Visa Vanilla cards so I guess they need to be taught how to input those too.. Wont be shopping here again.
Extremely rude staff. Will never come back.Moreover i dont understand Zara’s cheating policy. First of all they place defective pieces under sale and then we buy that stuff unknowingly. While we ask for a return they dont accept the items back without original receipts( who retains the receipts of the item we chose to buy and wear). The cloth we bought had original tag and bar code on still they dont accept it. We asked for a store credit but they refused. Its high time Zara should give away this arrogance and change the policies.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience you will ever receive in your life, specifically with a manager named Katie. The store currently owes me $49.90. Do not shop at the Freehold location, there are other locations in NJ with much friendlier staff.
The absolute worst costumer service in the world!!!! I purchased a dress that did not have the internal tags in it (I was not aware because I wasn’t even able to try the dress on and the girl who checked me out never even looked inside the dress to see if the tags were intact). I never wore the dress, nor did I ever try it on because I found something else. I went to go return it and I was told I couldn’t because the internal tag was gone. I am now getting screwed because of a mistake Zara made. What benefit would I have to ripping an internal tag out and then returning the dress??? Shame on Zara for not making good on a mistake that THEY MADE.
I have never had a WORSE experience in my entire life while shopping at any store. I was looking at a dress- I wish I was exaggerating- but some employee practically shoved me to move some bags under the dress I was specifically looking at. It was so unnecessary and she didnt even say excuse me or any forn of apology. I cant wrap my head around why she couldnt just wait a second until I moved. Im almost certain she did it just to be a mean person because I cant see a reason to put some purses under a long dress where they can barely be seen to display. On top of that cashiers barely acknowledge you. So rude & over priced for fast fashion marketed to be boujee
I have read the reviews about this store and obviously none of the unhappy customers have ever worked in retail before.This store is always clean and very spacious for strollers which is a plus since I have children.The clothes are great and the employees stay out of your way and let you shop without bothering you but are there if you have a question.There does not seem to be a lot of staff which I notice often so I don’t cry about lines because I understand they are probably short staffed.I also consider the fact that they have a return policy and rules to follow when it comes to returns and exchanges. If you want to be able to return something without a receipt go to target.Not every store has the same return policy and the employees are just doing their job. Please be considerate while shopping, employees are people too!
Not gonna hold you, the kids manager look good af, i just make returns just to see whats up with lil mama. The head cashier emmanuel is very respectful but he still dont want the hands, on god 💀. Other then that, solid customer service!

I am at this Zara almost weekly. I have no issues and the lines are long because they are short staffed. The employees are always friendly and helpful. It is your responsibility as a customer to examine your items prior to leaving the store. I pay careful attention to everything before buying or trying on when we were able to do so. Dont try to get someone fired unnecessarily we all have bills to pay. I give 4 stars because the need New stuff.
I could give 5 stars for the quality of their clothing, but the customer service is pathetic. Pricing sores as well. Their return socks too. Buyers carry the exact same card to return. If you hsve 2 cards from same account, you cant have your money back. Forget about card free returns like other merchants like Macys, Kohls or Samsclub. Therevare several other places to shop other than ZARA. :(

Zara has made lot of customers in recent times. It’s a trendy clothing store- Fast Fashion. This one is the only close outlet for folks residing in Princeton, Lawrenceville, New Brunswick, Windsors...
The lines are consistently inordinately long. Why. Waiting in a lengthy line now and not happy about it being a recurring thing.
This was my 1st visit to Zara and I liked it. It was a post Labor Day sale, so prices were pretty low. Quality and selection were also quite satisfactory. The store is divided into several smaller sections so I didnt see everything. Next visit Ill make sure I have a bit more time to see it all.

The worst experience. The cashier and the manager both wouldn’t give me store credit for an item I bought two days prior without the original receipt. I explained that upon transferring the bag to the garment bag, the receipt got discarded by THEIR OWN cashier. I showed them my credit card transaction as well and they both completely denied me. I even wanted to buy another item and give them another sale in exchange and they didn’t care. The manager ended by saying “call customer service and give them a fight, it will work out. they will be able to generate a receipt”. I called customer service and they were extremely rude saying I needed the manager’s name and that they still wouldn’t give me store credit. Spent so long explaining the dire need of credit because it was for a Christmas gift that didn’t work out for my sibling. It all seemed like a mockery and waste of time for a loyal customer. Not loyal anymore - you lost a good one.
Usually not one to make reviews, but DO NOT come to this Zara. Extremely rude customer service especially one employee named Mariella. I purchased multiple clothes yesterday and 2 of the items had white stains on them. I came to return those items due to these white stains and Mariella claimed I had worn these items and would refuse the refund. She was probably one of the rudest employees I have ever interacted with. Do not go here and honestly employees like her should not be allowed to work customer service.
