I recommend JI Marine with out hesitation and with the utmost respect. Phil runs the marina like a well oiled machine and is always available to give you his best advice or to handle any issues you have. The staff he employs are very knowledgeable in every aspect of marine repair. They have passion about the work they do and look out for the customers best interest. They treat every customer the same whether you have a 20ft boat or 40ft.

I stumbled upon Jones in the marina approximately seven years ago and if I didn’t have a boat I would still pay for my slip and sit on the dock and fish . Never leaving Best service. Employees are great. Place is clean and spacious.

I was referred to Phil by a customer of mine who tells it like it is. After many bad experiences with others fixing the boat and being ready to sell the boat, I called Phil and I found out why he was able to make my customer happy. Its been a great experience and talking with many people who dock their boats the efforts show. They have whats like a family of happy customers all with so many positive stories and praise for Phil and the staff and my ongoing experience has me saying the same thing.Im in the service business and as hard as you try its not always easy to keep a smile and make everyone happy and they appear to make every effort to do just that.I had an issue with the boat last night and left a message on their voice mail after hours expecting at best to get a call sometime tomorrow, as we have friends traveling far to joining us tomorrow. I was amazed and within a short time I got a text they will check it in the morning. Excellent marina. Clean property, all docks, water lines and electrical connections in top shape. Ownership very reasonable. All customers take care of their equipment and look out for one another. Access to Jones Inlet is simple.
