DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! There is no inspection of items that get returned!!! I bought an instant pot that was ON THE FRONT OF THE SHELF. Well folks, turns out it was not an instant pot after all!! Instead, it was a JCPenny 5 quart pressure cooker that was put in an instant pot box. Not to mention it’s heavily damaged with scratches and dents and missing buttons. When I called customer service, the manager hung up on me because I didn’t have immediate access to the receipt. Freeport, Walmart please do better.

Seems like shortages on lots of products, or maybe someone is trying to keep us healthy by providing sugar free products. Please order more common regular jello and pudding products. Original yoplait strawberry yogurt is always short. Nice to see so many new hires, most try to be helpful.

We went grocery shopping around 8pm the other not & got $400 worth of food, needless to say it would have been a HUGE help if a register was open!!!! There were no less than 15 employees walking around doing nothing!!!! When I asked management about this, they told me that no one was trained on them!!! Unbelievable, if not for our baby being with us, we would have simply left!!! We will not be returning there as they were rude & inconsiderate.

I was having a rough day and the staff made me day. Being super nice and energetic. Definitely a pleasant place to be.Everyone was super nice. Answered our questions and even found what we were looking for and brought it to us across the store. These people make going to retail stores worth the time.

One time me and my feance went to wallmart and used a self check out and it charged her card n never put the money back on her card ot just canceled the transaction after words an the lady came up and made her pay again at another register.... So we brought it to the managers attention who then said if the money desnt return let us know and well make sure it does...... Well when we came back cuuse the card company said it went through u just didnt get a reciept.... Nothing we can do..... N when we went back to wall mart and told them what happened they said get outa here cuz we dont know what ur talking about...... F wall mart!!!! # F self check out!!!!!

There not bad, but as walmarts go. This one is to relaxed, and they take there time getting to you with your pick up orders. Also, this walmart is very picked over, and never has enough of on the shelves. This includes T5 clothing. Had to go to different walmartd to buy clothes for kids.

Im in walmart all the time my husband an I went to walmart 7/23/21 at 1045pm an my husband tried a belt on an the tag fell off he handed her the belt an she followed us to the belts an kept watching us I simply told her dont worry were paying for the belt she said I hope so really rudely. Then had the nerve to accuse of us not having the money an she works hard for her money I also work hard for mine I have 2 jobs. I felt as if she was saying because Im black I dont have money or live off the government not only was I buying a 5 dollar belt I bought a nurses scrub an 2 pairs of shoes. That was the worst experience ever. She called management but of course they brushed it off nothing was solved I felt they should have at least talk to her instead of brushing it off. Thats the worst customer service ever.

It was an ABSOLUTE DISASTER in that store. Everything was a mess. It kind of looked like they had been partially looted.... Employees couldnt care less if you were there or not. Not helpful at ALL. WORST managed store Ive ever seen.

The clerk was great. I used to be able to buy creamed herring there. I have to go to Cubs food for that. They only had one worker to tend handicap help for unloading my cart. I ran into a friend that after hearing that volunteerd to help me. Why only one? I noticed Walmart stocks creamed herring now.

The amount of self check registers that are open at one time is sometimes not enough and the lines you wait in are ridiculous.

Best place to shop from food to household supply, clothes,etc.We love you Walmart.

Not many other options around here. The lady @ the register tried telling me i had to take my receipt to leave store. Yea....not happening. Im not waiting in line to pay then waiting in line so you can check my cart. Not happening they can miss me with that sh!t

Surprisingly they had more cashiers than normal, so check out was not as bad as normal, especially for a Saturday afternoon.

It was terrible. I didnt get half my order then on some stuff I got 6 if each.done with Walmart!

Alot of stuff wasnt available on the shelves, it was disorganized and packages were ripped open. They were moving displays so constantly had to ask workers where whatever product I wanted was moved too, like kitchen curtains. Do not have as a big as a selection for those as they used to..seems like they are pushing ordering on-line. But I like going in the store and looking around. Alot of pallets in the aisles, at 4:30 in the afternoon, the poor workers were trying to restock as fast as possible. Was more crowded than I thought it would be on a Thursday.

Need to open second pharmacy lane, had to wait at least 20 minutes.

Did not have the pink jersey sheets they stated they had two sets of In store on line. Made a long trip just to get them there, not happy. Did not have protective phone covers for Moto g power, either. Did not have plant misters just spray bottles. Boo WalMart BOO!

Like most businesses they dont have enough help....(no1 wants to work).... So the checkout lines r backed up & a lot of shelves r empty !

I am very thankful that the workers at Walmart found my phone. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

I hate the fact that a lot of the items price are not marked and you have to corner an employee and ask for a price check.

Everyone looked miserable and unhappy to be there, it is unpleasant when I have to shop for something because of lack of stores in the area.

Wal mart is a great place. But be careful in the parking lot. Wal mart has no control with people. I was run over in their parking lot so please be careful

I come here a lot to buy movies. Mostly Blu ray. The thing that ticks me off is that they don’t have enough blu rays! Start stocking Blu rays DVD-Mart!!!!

One checker in the whole store. We did the self check instead. Would have preferred to have gone to an experienced person in this field, but appearantly this position is becoming a job of yesteryear.

Busy place. Lots of people wanting to be checked out. I scanned all my items but 2 items appeared like I hadnt done it.

Found everything I was looking for minus Ghost Pepper Sliced cheese.

It seems like they are always out of the things I want to buy. Thats the oy reason for a lower rating. Other than that, people are helpful, especially the managers. The store is generally clean and well kept.

Nice to have a Supercenter I’m town. Employees are courteous and helpful. Prices are good too. Selection is quite good.

So I had bought a pc game from here around 11pm 10/19. The game is $29. I even bought the 2 yrs protection plan.... now I get home, open it, put in the 1st disk of 7.. and start the install. At disk 6. (3 hours into it), it tells me it cant read the disk. Closes out. And deletes everything it just did. I open the drive to check the disk and nothing seem to be wrong. (No scratches or finger prints). I try in a 2nd drive.. same issue. I try in yet a different computer. And even the 2nd computer cant read the disk. So. I go to walmart to exchange it. And found out I bout the last copy. Ok fine. Then Im told they cant take it because it was opened due to fed laws, with an attitude. . Now fed law in il dictates that a product that is defected must be returned. And walmart policy states that a defected item must be returned if no product is available to replace it. I was told by a manager that I would have to go to another store to exchange it. The $30 game plus protection plan I has just about 7 hours ago.. that had a defect... they wont return it.

Need more check out people! Also the auto center and Walmart.com need to communicate a lot better. Unpleasant surprises there caused me a huge waste of time and effort.

These kids are lazy af. Can’t get anyone to answer any of the phones. Tell you they are going to be right back and disappear. They want 15$ a hour? Replace them with robots please!!!

Optical center was good. Knowledgeable friendly staff.

Its called a snowplow. It moves all that slushy white stuff out of the way in the parking lot. Might be worth the effort to check one out.

I prefer smaller stores. If youd rather spend a little less this is your spot, but produce and meats are not as good quality as the smaller grocers.

Freeport store lacking management three lanes open, people were backed up down the isles on a Friday this is uncalled for . Was in Monroe ws and there Wal-Mart is managed so much better if people start stacking up they instantly open lines up, ill be shopping Monroe from now on.waited over 20 minutes standing in line at Freeport.

The guy at the register thought we stole 4 pack of kool-aid which he just checked out. Got home & found the red vine twist didnt have a seal on it or was opened in store. Called Freeport il. store where I live told me they couldnt return it due to covid, because it already left the store. To take it back to Monroe WI. I would of never paid the $9.00 for it if I knew it was opened. Just poor customer service.

The automotive part of it doesnt not have proper equipment, not very good.

The deli was closed because no one showed up to work. And there wasnt much meat because of a fire in the meat case. We went to Pick n Save.

Store is usually clean. There can be some improvements can be made. Most of the associates are helpful. But you do get the few that ignore you.

Love the Walmart, some items seems hard to get back in stock these days, but love the overall availability.

Store wasnt stocked well for the holiday. Out of all pretzels, all bigger packages of white and regular bakers chocolate, all Carmel pieces and bakery angel food cakes. I was rather disappointed.

The layout of Walmart stores is not user friendly. They only care about trying to get you to Impulse Buy.

Went to pick up prescription meds. Fast, friendly service and no line! Plus milk for cereal, veggies, and pet treats. All great prices and great stock. In and out. On my way home! Easy-peasy!!

Long lines, not enough cashiers

I love shopping at Walmart, BUT the checkout lines are soo long.

The stores shelves are not stocked.it is hard to find what you need.

I very much enjoy it here but most of the time at this specific Walmart there is only one or two cashiers working, which of course makes all of the customers spread across two lines. It takes tens of minutes to check out. Also, I always find frozen meals outside of the freezer section.

Doesnt have much infant clothes. But still has all I need in one store. Love it

The only register open had a pretty gross looking conveyor. The self check out looks nice, but I had a lot of stuff so wasnt a real option.

Get rid of the automotive department if they dont want to work got there to get a oil change when there was no cars in any of the the 4 bays that is there to get told that they were busy and couldnt do a 10min job
