I always find something at JCPenny. I like the way the clothes fit, and with the coupons I get for being a rewards member, I save a lot. Todays purchase of a skirt and v-neck top cost $15!I tried the salon for the first time today, and Sarah did a fantastic job. She asked a lot of questions before she started cutting, and continued checking throughout the cut. Sarah is very friendly and personable, and I will be going back.

Penneys still carries quality items, and shopping there is a welcome relief from always going to the big box stores where an item may be cheaper, but so is the quality. Pennys often times has many items on sale, as they do now so thats a real bonus to shopping there.

Good sales, but they were backed up at the check outs front and back, and jewelry would not check out, told me she could do fine jewelry. When I ask up front, didnt get the same answer. If you are backed up at registers, common sense would dictate that the person with an open register should help and keep your customer base happy😤😤😤

Not enough employes in store. No customer service. customer service was moved to shoe department. I just wanted to pay my bill. no one in shoe department and 2 people up front.sent bill instead.

We just recently started stopping in to JCPenny as we were looking for specific good quality items and we didnt realize how much they had there. Go when they have sales or just stop in sometime and see what you find. Some sales are phenomenal and if you have a coupon it is even better. All the staff I have run into have been friendly and helpful. I do wish I receive coupons consistently or as often as my friends do. Sometimes their regular prices items are too high for my liking.

I purchased two sport coats here a few weeks ago and was very happy with both the prices and service. The ladies that run the place are very courteous and answered all of my questions. I will definetly be returning to purchase more items.

I find this store to be very helpful and pleasant. It is also just about the only department store left in a 50 mile radius. JCP has good quality clothing and bedding, including towels.

They need to have people that actually know how to help customers. We were looking for a mans suit and another customer wanted help with a dress shirt. No one knew how to measure.

Went into find an outfit and shoes for my grand daughters wedding and the 2 female employees were so helpful and saved me alot of money

Great place to go shopping. Has everything from clothes to housewares. Has a very large and impressive jewelry selection. There is even a hair salon in the rear of the store.

This JCPenney was small, didnt have much selection, or sell any anything Christmas, such as no Christmas household goods or clothes. The customer service was very good.
