I really like the guys at this shop and the way they run things. Compared to other shops, these guys are chill and easy going. They also don’t price gouge like some other places I’ve been to. I’ll keep coming back here for supplies/services and would highly recommend this place to others as well.

Awesome shop with a great atmosphere. Very helpful and patient with first timers. These guys care, they’re not just trying to take your money. They’ll help you find something that suits your needs. Great place, just slower than molasses on a cold day. With only 2 people that can process you will be there at least 2 hours minimum with no one in line.

I didnt appreciate having to wait 6 months for a Dillon reloading press. Only to find out later that it wasnt ordered for 3 months even though I paid for it in full.Chuck and Dan are great guys. And I have had many great experiences with them.

Very rude over the phone, will never spend my money here. So many better options with better selections everywhere else. Was recently robbed so not very secure either. Angry old man only person there good luck.

I was in the market for a long rifle for a planned whitetail hunt later this year back east. I decided on a Kimber Montana, and of the six master dealers I called, Black Dog Armory was the only dealer that was interested in my business. I want to thank Chuck and staff for a hassle-free transaction and buying experience. They are all knowledgable and friendly. They also have an in-house gunsmith which is a plus. Even though they are not necessarily the closest to my location, they have a new customer.

Awful customer service called store to ask about operation hours, extremely rude employee answered with I picked up didnt I. When I asked about the inventory at the store for Glock21s employee mockingly laughed and said you cant get a glock anywhere, its California. I already spoke to 3 other firearm stores and they all carried Glock21s they just sold out. These guys must have different laws or theyre not up to date with california laws.

Went in to check out the store and pick up a little bit of ammo. The gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and let me view and handle a good chunk of inventory i was interested in, even though I wasnt prepared to buy on the spot. Ill be returning here for future purchases for sure!

Had sights for my glock installed and they did a good job.

Signed up for a basic pistol class to get better knowledge held at black dog. After the classroom portion I went to check out some the guns they had (unfortunately the one I was looking to buy they had sold already). The guys at the counter were very friendly and informative about there products, sales and even what guns to look at depending on preference. Since they didnt have what I was looking at I didnt buy anything this time, but Im sure they will get my business the next time. No presure or bad vibes even though I didnt buy anything.
