The owner refused to conduct business via email but would return the few calls he did make so as to avoid any paper trail of his activities.The ammo was worthless and would not even chamber into either my Colt Commander 1911 or My Springfield Mod2. The only way to get him to respond was to email that I was disputing my charge with the credit card company due to merchantability issues. When he called he was rude, arrogant and acted as if the problems with his company being unable to fulfill the order were somehow my fault.He refused to provide me with a return call tag number and kept repeating You are going to just leave my ammo on the porch and FedEx will pick it up.I insisted that doing so was unimaginably unsafe and he was wasn’t concerned in the slightest. When he finally realized that I was not going to do something unsafe he got belligerent and said fine Im reporting you to the ATF for federal ammunitions fraud. ??? Seriously?When he received notice from the CC company of the dispute he texts me two screen shots, supposedly of my shipping tags, with your just plain nasty following the photos.The photos clearly show that he had stated to the FedEx Ground pickup personnel that they were picking up BRASS not live ammunition.I responded that since he felt the need to threaten me, I would respond in kind and report him to the ATF for obvious shipping violations.At that time I received a very contrite email from Jeff, obviously Steve trying to save face. Giving me (finally) written verification that THEY requested I leave this ammo on my porch.I have contacted FedEx 3 times now since yesterday and they state that no call tag has been requested for my address. I assume that because his attempt to return hazmat is prohibited, (something he states in one of the other complaints) that he has cancelled the tag I see in the screenshot to avoid further fines.I have even attempted to get him to provide me with his FedEx acct number and I will TAKE the ammo to my local FFL who is allowed to ship it back but that is unacceptable to him.Because he is now unable/unwilling to retrieve his garbage ammunition he has decided to try and fight the dispute by submitting my order form. A simple warranty of merchantability voids his argument so Im not really sure why he is bothering beyond sheer desperation… (UPDATE FEDEX DID ARRIVE AND PICK THIS UP)DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYI have even seen gun forums where some bulk ammo websites now refuse to allow him to post his merchandise.Look him up online on Google, Yelp and the Ohio BBB site to see the myriad complaints against him.3-14-17Yeah sure Steve thats the falsehood, check out this photo of his text saying This is our Faculty (facility) [last one in the chain of photos]

Excellent ammunition and amazing service. They have always provided top notch service with an excellent product. Having shot many varieties of their ammunition it is consistent, clean shooting, and malfunctions are extremely few and far between. They have made custom loads for my 30-06 as well. Quality product and quality service, cant beat that combination.

I have used the Freedom ammunition in 40 S&W and 9mm. I have never had a malfunction with this ammunition in various handguns. The 180 Grain 40 S&W shoots very well in my Sig. It is usually priced right and I will continue to buy and use it as long as it is produced. Great customer service.

When I go to the range I usually bring three or four boxes of 9mm. First, Ill shoot 115 gr. and then switch to Freedom ammunition 124 gr. Freedom ammunition is by far the most accurate I have experienced. My SA 1911 loves this stuff. No stove pipes and the accuracy is second to none! You can definitely feel the difference from standard 115 gr. and 124 gr. ammo. Good stuff!

Do not buy.I ordered some 10/27. Most orders are supposed to ship within 3-5 business days. On 11/4 I ask them what the hold up is. They explain the order is on warehouse c and that information was included in my invoice. (which I never received). Email also explains that warehouse is on a 21 day backlog.After 30 days I email them again to ask if something is wrong. They just explain again about a massive delay at warehouse c.On 12/7 I email to cancel the order. I also call them, but as usual I get no response. I leave a message to cancel my order and include the order number. Hours later I get a shipping notification from them. They will not respond to my following emails asking what the hell is the problem, since I tried to cancel this.Fast forward to testing the ammunition today. Loaded a magazine with 17 rounds. Round #9 was a squib with tons of unburnt powder, so either the primers are crap or the powder is getting contaminated. I cannot trust this ammunition.This ammo and company isnt worth the low price.Just a follow-up, they called while I was at work and left me a voicemail indicating they would exchange my ammo IF and only IF I amended this review to be positive.A few hours later they left another message indicating they would have their lawyer contact me and sue me for defamation of character.Letting other people know about their lack of quality, lack of customer service, and thug behavior is more important to me than a single 1,000 round case of ammo. Ill take the loss, keep this ammo, and you guys can read the review.

Freedom is the only place I buy my ammo I find it a waste of money to go anywhere else. I have always been treated with respect and couldnt be happier with every single one of my purchases. My only wish is that I had more money and time to shoot more freedom ammunition.

I bought bullets from Steve twice in the past. There were no problems at all. Now that they have expanded I have had nothing but problems. No replies to calls, emails, texts... I bought bullets that were duds. They jammed in my gun barrel. It took WEEKS before they would reply and schedule a replacement of the rotten ammo for new good ammo. They picked it up and more WEEKS have gone by without any communication about when I would get the New replacement ammo. Still to this date I have has no replies to any of my tries at communicating with them. THEY HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER

Placed order on 05/06/2017. Got a fedex shipping notification email on 05/10/2017. It is now 06/04/2017 and they still have not shipped my order. FedEx tracking number still reports that only a shipping label has been created. No package has been picked up by fedex. I also called the number listed on website and emailed both customer service emails listed on website. No one has ever answered the phone or replied to the voice mails I left or emails! Nothing! I can not even rate their customer service because there is none. Cant rate their product because they never shipped it. All they have done is charge my credit card. Lowest rating for taking my money but never shipping product and not responding to my calls or emails.

I have ordered multiple different calibers of ammunition from freedom and it’s always on point! The Freedom ammunition is my favorite as it is consistent and shoots extremely clean. I’ve also purchased 2 guns from them one a Savage.223 bolt action rifle and the other a Springfield XD-40 Subcompact. Both guns arrived promply and pricing couldn’t be beat anywhere else! I do and would recommend Freedom Ammunition to every gun enthusiast I know.

Facts: Order placed, states on the website would ship in 1 business day. Email confirmation shows 2-3 business days. 6 business days later nothing. Ok I can deal with delays in shipping it happens. Here is where the bad review comes from. 3 emails, multiple phone calls to both the owner and the store and nothing. Not so much as we have received your email. Called my credit card company and they are going to investigate, but before that they tried to conference the owner in. He answered the phone and as soon as he found out what it was about he hung up. Credit card company tried calling back (while I was conferenced in) and he would not answer. Have asked for a refund, as my order has not shipped, but no response after multiple days. Avoid.

They show a great price but then start reading. The ammunition descriptions they are using do not match with the title of item listed. If you are selling reloads - why are they not listed as such on Slick guns or Wiki arms? If you are listing them that way, then you are committing a crime. Why does it say BULK, then in the descriptions say 50 per box? They does the title say FMJ but the descriptions say HP? Description says 1000 rounds but in the item description it says 25 rounds and 20 boxes? Sorry, but my math comes to 500 rounds NOT 1000. If I order something and it does not come as it is described - you picked the wrong industry to screw with people.

This is a horrible shop to do business with. It is two weeks since I made an online order and I have received ZERO follow up on shipping. I have not received my product, and no matter how many times I call (they NEVER answer the phone) and leave a message, or send an email, They have never responded to my request for information. They say on their website that they take pride in their customer service, but that is a complete lie. My purchase was supposed to ship in 2 to 3 days, but 2 weeks later I have no product and they refuse to communicate with me. Take your money elsewhere and buy from a business that cares about its customers. THIS BUSINESS IS A JOKE.

The site said my item hadnt shipped after a few days but it seemed to be just they were very busy and werent able to update the site as I received everything just as promised and within 5 business days. Hope to make it up to the physical business someday and support a local Ohio company!

I placed an order on April 2 and my credit card was charged that day. I have yet to receive the ammo. I got a UPS tracking number on April 17th, but UPS says they have NOT picked it up (as of today).I talked with Freedom Ammo last week. He says UPS has the package. He then emailed me saying he would send another package and I would have it byTuesday (last Tuesday). No ammo as of today.Beware of these guys, it smells pretty fishy. And i started a credit card dispute today.Gave it a 1 star rating because I couldnt give it a zero.May 10, 2016. I did receive the ammo late last week. Ups delivered it. I dropped the credit card dispute.If UPS is the source of the problem, then it needs to be fixed. My multiple calls to UPS always gave the same answer - No record that the shipment had been picked up. No further assistance was provided.Ill upgrade my rating to 3 stars as I finally received the ammo.

Just ran 1,000 rounds of 9mm reloads. They were all brass, no misfires or problems at all. Fed them through a Glock 19 & M&P Shield.

I placed an order on July 18th, they charged my credit card on July 19th, I did get a receipt. Its been 11 business days, no tracking number and no response to my 4 emails and 3 voicemails. Horrible way to do business, unless yourre not legit. It wont let you post a review without at least 1 star, they dont deserve one star. And today, their website is no where to be found.

Do not buy from here. I order some Muzzle breaks for my rifles and when they arrived, it was the wrong ones. I contacted them via email they said it was their mistake and they would fix it. I email them back to find out the status and what I need to do to return the items. No response. I emailed again asking for the status, they emailed me a return label. I sent the items back via fedex. Emailed again yesterday ask for the tracking number and still have not heard back. I ordered on the 3rd of March. Contacted them on the 9th. Its the 22nd now and still waiting . I have demand a a refund and let them know I will let others know and will be contacting the BBB. Be weary of the site. 25th Got refund this morning. . Told owner I would not amend this review till the money was back in my account. Since I received it to day. Ill will let the BBB know funds have been refunded.

Ordered 1k of their ammo... Slowed up late- no biggie- Ad states mixed headstamp but new production, nothing about reloads. Ammo shows up loosely boxed DIRTY reloads. So i call and their customer service is a joke. Never answer the phones... Finally talked to the owner, WOW hes a rude piece of work to be nice. Cussing at me on the phone and screaming for disputing the claim . telling me hes too busy to answer phones and go elsewhere if i dont like it... Really? Then dont run a company! I place a order in early Oct that stated that warehouse order would not ship until Nov 3rd. There where a few delays but my 1000 rounds of 9mm arrived mid Nov. Counted and inspected the ammo and I am happy. I will order again

I purchased 1000 rounds of 9mm ammo from their website on the 27th (Easter). They advertise that 99.9% of their in stock ammo ships in one to three days. On Wednesday (the 30th) it had not shipped so I sent an email asking when I could expect it to ship. Not long after I received an email stating Your order should be leaving by the end of the week. Due to our Easter egg sale. We are swamped and delay in shipping. . I thanked him for his prompt reply. The following Monday it showed that, it still hadnt shipped. I have since emailed, called the phone number in the email, and called the phone number on the website. I have left messages requesting that they either ship my order or return my money. They have not emailed or returned my calls. It is now the 8th and I have still had no response and the order still shows on their site as not yet shipped. I have filed a dispute through my credit card.UPDATE - The ammo was received on the 25th of April (almost a month after my order was placed). In a reply to this review the seller blames UPS for the delay, however no email or phone call was ever returned to me during this time to inform me of this delay.

WARNING !!!They advertise Federal New Ammo and you order it and they send you reloads with thefederal brass to try and slip it by. The owner would not answer when i asked if this is authentic Federal (thats what i paid for and thats what he advertised). He had a photo of the american Eagle box and the AE Part# so it looked legit and then he sent me reloads. When I Emailed him he got nasty and used the F word repeatedly. I measured the OAL and they are shorter and the bullet looks like Berrys. This Business is in for profit and is not sending you Authentic Factory Ammo. Please do not be fooled by this guy, there are plenty of Ammo Suppliers that are Honest and they ship you what you Actually Paid for..
