They were amazing. I found out about the car I wanted from them from Craigslist and was able to contact them from there. They were quick, responsive and very easy to talk to. They talked to me through email, talking on the phone and text. The greatest thing they did for me was help out with the car loan and dmv licensing. I live over 300 miles away from this pacific bay auto dealer so getting a loan out of my county is rather difficult with my bank loan but these guys here at this dealer went and contacted my loan agent and worked out the issues to make sure I could get the vehicle I wanted. Got down there and in 45 minutes after getting to the dealer I was a proud new car owner.Thanks guys once again for your great service.

The owner is a person who only cares about the money and how much he will charger for replacing the parts.. Do yourself a favor and dont go to this guy shop.

Bought a 2005 honda civic from here after seeing it on facebook marketplace.I just wanted a simple 4 cylinder honda to get to work and home without any issues. this car looked perfect. I test drove the car and it WAS perfect. The car was clean inside and out.i even bought the carfax online. I thought I was making a smart purchace.I bought it $4700 total .The following weekend I got an oil change. Where my mechanic pointed out the the engine is leaking oil from the cam cap. I was dissapointed but I got it fixed for like $125.3 weeks after I bought the car, the check engine comes on. I was so dissapointed.Code 1456. Heres Google says about that codeThis isnt the only reason though, the code or DTC P1456 is caused by a leak on the tank side of the evaporative system, and the most common cause is a loose or missing gas cap, but it could also mean a leak in the fuel tank, or one of the tubes or hoses.The gas cap on this car is new which proves to me that the dealer knew there is an issue. Its kind of embarrassing that I bought a $5000 bucket.

Fraud dealership. Will waste time by making u come to dealership and then will backoff saying car is not available. Dont waste your time going here. Sales rep Ho and manager Jason - beware of both.
